to me my professor at that day I purchase the things they use a 4yr student for their catering laboratory subject in
the afternoon exactly 1 pm i check all the things they use it is complete.

Second day duty I arrived at 7 am in the school to do again my task as a ojt I clean the office bar and
restaurant in the morning and fix all the thing in the kitchen at 1 pm 3 yr student will been have a
laboratory at that time and purchase all the things they can use after the laboratory I check all the things
if it complete or not

I came n the school at 6:40 am and I start doing my task at 7 am I start cleaning our office and fix all
the things in kitchen tools so that I know where the things I have been put according to they name.

Friday morning at time 7:00 I start clean the front off office bar and resto and I separate the things that
they not been surrender the 4 yr student and put them in the kitchen tools .

That day I came early in school to prepare the things needs a 3 yr student for they bar laboratory many

I came early in the school so u start my task doing I clean the kitchen and purchase the list of things they
give to me that they use the 4yr student for their catering laboratory after they finish they laboratory I
check all things I purchase it is complete or not in the afternoon I help sir mark to do a costume at the
library

In this day I go to school early at the time 7:00 am I immediately start cleaning inside and front of office
after I finish cleaning I help to other student to decorate for the seminars about corona virus and serve
the snacks for our guest. After that 2 o’clock in the afternoon me and other student w/ sir ronald fixed
all the things that they needs for the competition at St. Paul.

This day i was come early in the school and I immediately open the restaurant and kitchen for the
early laboratory of 4yr student for their catering. A while ago at the time of 8 am we fixed and pack all
the things that they use in the competition at St. Paul which is culinary with sir mark and maam
althea after all I purchase the materials that need the 4yr student for their catering after they finish I
check all the materials that they bring back at that time of 11 am and also I washed the dishes at the
kitchen and put them all to the kitchen tools

That day I help ser ronald to fold the letters one by one or the parents for pta meeting and we
produce a materials to decorate for the competition for tomorrow with the help of 2 yr student .
Learning insight

As a ojt I learn on how to supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen reparation and storeroom and
purchases the kitchen supplies and unfortunately the specific and varied skill level and also overseeing
the day to day back of kitchen operation and administrative task and understand that duties include
purchasing inventory and task associated at me and be calm under pressure purchasing and under
duties to be a good hard worke.
