Day 1

(February 27,2023)

1st day,On the first day of my immersion I was a little shy with others if I did OOJT because
there were a lot of us. before I went to the kitchen I first put on PPE. our Chef Cook (sister
lynel) ordered us to make cheese sticks and spring rolls The stuffing is chapsoy. after we
washed our things, swept and cleaned and we brought our cooked food to the store.

Day 2

(February 28,2023)

2nd day,Our chef cook (sister lynel) ordered us to make cheese sticks and lumpia. after that
we washed the ones that were used. I went to the other table because I was going to help
make the turon. I went to the kitchen and helped with cooking cheese sticks and we swept
and cleaned
Day 3

(March 1,2023)

3rd day,In the third time, when I did OJT, I became more comfortable in my actions. Because
those who did OOJT also got to know Kuna or Nacloclose, I got a lumpia wrapper so we
could make cheese sticks and lumpia. outside the laboratory after we cut the ingredients
for the noodles.

Day 4

(March 2,2023)

4th day,Like we did yesterday we made cheese sticks and lumpia. after that it was over
because we were going to cook and clean our teacher ordered us to count all the laboratory
supplies if we did an inventory.
Day 5

(March 3,2023)

5th day,On this day What I did was I immediately went to the table to help make the spring
rolls. After that I moved to another table to help. Because we finished making, I helped cut
the ingredients of the noodles. That's what our chef cook (aunt lynel) we speeded up the
slicing because we will cook the noodles first because father first Friday mass has arrived
because today. and I called my classmates to finish quickly, we swept and cleaned

Day 6

(March 6,2023)

6th day,First if I did it, I peeled the beech tree because I didn't have the other ingredients to
cook yet. then I saw my classmate soaking the vermicelli and she helped him too. then Kuna
washed the things we used and was ordered by our chef cook to wash the chapsoy. after I
went to the table they made NH ube lumpia I didn't help anymore because they had a lot of
them so they made it but I was the one who gave them the lumpia wrapper. after I wiped
the ones that were washed The others were already cleaned. Our classmate called me to
write the menus for tomorrow and calculate the profit and expenses.
Day 7

(March 7,2023)

7th day,We made a turon because there was still some left over from the banana We cut it
lengthwise to make french fires. and I helped peel the hotdog for the sphagetti, then we
swept inside and outside. and then our other classmates decorated to surprise s maam
Gwen Because today is her birthday and we contributed to Tig sisingko to buy a cup cake.

Day 8

(March 8,2023)

8th day,We made lumpia and cheese stick again. after that I watched the cooking of Maja
because I don't know yet. we washed and then after cooking we sold the noodles on
campus. when we came back we swept and cleaned and we washed the Curtains.

Day 9

(March 9,2023)

9th day,First if done I cut garlic and onion for noodles then we made spring rolls and peeled
bananas for turon. after that I went to the kitchen to cook turon but someone was already
cooking so I just went back to the table and helped with repacking of noodles, ice candy
and ice juice.

Day 10

(March 10,2023)

10th day,In my last day immersion first if done I peeled a banana and then cut beefloaf,
garlic and onions. then I washed and wiped the table. then we sold turon and we delivered
the orders of the teachers.
 Acknowledgement

Because they supported me in the emmersion, they gave their best and love so that I could
finish this work.thus,I express my sincerest thanks to the following:

-For my family I will not let you down and leave you I will do everything to get through the
hardships Thank you very much Because you are always there by my side you provide all my
needs and you support me.

-For my friends, thank you because you are always there for me when I have a problem, you
help me.

-For my teachers, thank you very much Because they are there for our students who help us
to succeed Our future trials thank you also Because you treat us as your children.
 Introduction

As a student I am thankful for the work of immersion because you will learn a lot and lose
your weakness and shyness and you will also make many friends and gain more knowledge.
 OBJECTIVE OF THE WORK IMMERSION

*It is necessary to complete the 10 days in immersion or OJT.

*Must follow orders and help.

DURATION AND PLACE TRAINING

The 10 days of work immersion (80 hours) was conducted in School.

 OVERALL REFLECTION AND SELF-APPRAISAL

The work immersion was very enjoy and helpful for me. I gained a lot of knowledge in
cooking and idea.

The lessons I know is that you shouldn't be shy Because it's good if you socialize with other
people Because you make more friends and be happy.
