Reflection from the Objective:

when you did the activities on the Daily Objective and how did you
overcome them.)
DAY 1
We had a hard time to clean the covered court because of the weak water source, its so
long to fill a bucket of water after wards we save a enough water to clean the court. Its
hard to clean the court because of the not equal gradient of the floor, water is going back
and hard to sweep therefore we need to achieve a fluent sweeping helped with each other.
DAY 2
In arranging the papers we don't have problem on that, but in cleaning the storage room,
we had bad times in getting the things out of the room because they are very heavy, but as
team, we work together and help each other so we can accomplish the tsak that were
given to us.
DAY 3
We had a problem with the number of people who came to watch the opening of the
league, which is why we had a hard time distributing porridge to them. Another thing is
that the others did not follow what we said that they can only take it once, but there was
still someone who disobeyed and even got angry with one of my companions. Because of
that, we called Seretary Cesar Mercado so that people can be informed and their manners
should be fine.
DAY 4
The task that were given to me was so easy, thats why I didn't have a problem on doing
my job.
DAY 5
The only problem we had was the hot weather, although this is a natural problem and one
that many people in different places have problems with, we just became adaptive and
used protection such as umbrellas and clothes that covered our heads.
DAY 6
We don't have problems on doing our job because we did it right.
DAY 7
In cleaning the backyard we didn't not encounter any problems while doing this task, but
in making the poster, were having hard times because the computer we were using then
shutting down, which is why it took us so long to make the poster. We were just patient
and our work was done well after several hours of patient working. Also at fixing
tarpaulins we don’t have any materials to fix so we just find an alternative way to fix it
DAY 8
We don't experience any problems on that day because all we need to do is listen and
learn.
DAY 9
We didn't encounter any problem just like the other day of work immersion because we
just attend and learn on the seminar that was conducted by other students from the other
school.

DAY 1
We succesfully clean the entire covered court of Barangay Bagumbayan.
DAY 2
We arrange the papers alphabetically and clean the storage room of function hall.
DAY 3
We distributed the porridge to the people who attends the opening, fixed the tarpaulins
and also we assists the muses of every team according to their divisions.
DAY 4
We help the BHW's of Barangay Bagumbayan on doing their job by helping them on
inputting the forms of childrens and toddlers that were given a vaccine against various
illness.
DAY 5
We make a vlog that promotes the Barangay Bagumbayan, it includes the buildings and
places that was built and located on the community.
DAY 6
We assists and observe on the program and seminar that was conducted in the covered
court and function hall.
DAY 7
We clean the backyard of the Children's Development Center and made a poster about the
Violence Against Women and Children.
DAY 8
We attends on the seminar that Philippine Red Cross was conducted about the 143
program and after that we participates on the quiz bee about the Barangay Bagumbayan
and its personnel.

We attended on the seminar about the Violence Against Women and Childrens that was
conducted by the students from Lilyrose.

OVERALL:
During the days that I was immersed in the Barangay Hall of Bagumbayan, I realized how
difficult it is to serve a huge community. It's not just what they do to provide or meet the
grievances of every person who comes to them to ask for help, I also saw how active they
are in serving their constituents.

As a student who did ojt here I learned a lot that one day I know I will be able to use in my
profession that I will take in college. Being patient, understanding, strategic,

adaptive, helping in every task; these things will help me to achieve

my dream and I am very grateful to the personnel of this barangay because they taught me,
we that not all things or help need something in return or compensation. I can use them
because I know that I will also take many tests in the course I will take in college and I will
be able to use what I have learned to overcome them.
