3. If your documents are stored in your google drive, access shall be given to
rizal.hrmo@deped.gov.ph upon submission of documents for fast conduct of initial
evaluation. Applicants who will not be able to give access to the abovementioned
email address will be disqualified automatically. Applicants who have already
submitted their application documents through mail are required to submit their
complete scanned documents through the abovementioned email address.

4. Documents will be evaluated using the DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007, Revised
Guidelines on the Appointment and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related Teaching
and Non-Teaching Positions (Level 2).

5. Original copy of documents must be presented during the conduct of


evaluation of documents, thus, only those submitted documents will be given
corresponding points.

6. Deadline of submission is on or before 26 July 2021, 5:00pm. Submission


of documents / additional documents beyond the deadline will not be entertained.
