 Introduction

The chosen topic is software and its different types. this topic we
will see what it is is software, and its types such as, the software
systems, application software and programming software. also
the procedures to use the software. how the software is used
and what it can be used for.

Developing
Software is all equipment or software (intangible) of a computer
system that includes all the components that are necessary to
carry out specific tasks. In contrast is the hardware that refers to
the physical parts. In other words, these are applications or
programs that only work on a computer.

The abbreviation for software Anglicism is Sw. The word is used

without translating because it is admitted by the Royal Spanish
Academy. For its part, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic
Engineering defines software as:
"The set of computer programs, procedures, rules,
documentation and associated data, which are part of the
operations of a computer system."

It was John W. Tukey in 1957 who first coined the term software.

Classification

There are three large groups into which this computing concept
is divided:

 System software. Elements that allow global system

maintenance: operating systems, device drivers, servers,
utilities, diagnostic, correction and optimization tools.

 Programming software. Different alternatives and

languages to develop computer programs: text editors,
compilers, interpreters, linkers, debuggers, integrated
development environments (IDE).

 App software. It allows users to carry out one or more

specific tasks in any field of activity: office applications, for
system control and industrial automation, educational
software, business software, databases,
telecommunications (Internet), video games, medical
software, software assisted design (CAD), numerical control
software (CAM).

Procedures

Better development and usage results are achieved through

software engineering. Among the fundamental objectives are:
  Improve the design of applications or software to adapt to
the needs of the organizations or purposes for which they
were created.

 Promote quality when developing complex applications

 Achieve greater accuracy in project costs and development

time.

 Increase the efficiency of the systems.

 Detect possible improvements for better performance

through tests.

conclusion
software and its different types, it is a quite interesting and easy
to develop subject, the software is not of benefit to everyone,
because it can be developed in quite a few specific areas, such as
in the area of medicine, engineering, among many other
applications to make a better world, and easy to manipulate it is
true that it can also be used for things with bad ends but it is not
always like that.

I think that the purpose of the final texts is to see if the

participant has known how to develop well in the unit.
