Physical Activity Readiness (PAR-Q)

The PAR-Q is a questionnaire that you answer on your own. It intends to evaluate your
readiness to take part in physical activity or engage in a fitness program. Questions are short and
easy to answer and will reveal any health issues that you have. This questionnaire will help you
determine the safety or possible risk of doing exercises and designing an exercise program based on
your health history.
