1. Sealed tenders are invited from the manufacturers / Importers / authorized dealers /
suppliers / well reputed firms registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Department
(Active Taxpayer) for the supply of 100 KVA Diesel Generator (One) for State Life
Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone
2. Experience in Generators & Electrical Works is prerequisite for issuance of tender.

3. Tenderers will be „POST QUALIFIED‟ on the basis of information submitted with the
Tender. Tenderers who fail to qualify shall not be considered.
4. Single stage, Two Envelopes procedure will be adopted. One Envelope containing
information regarding post qualification of Tenderer shall be clearly marked
“TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION”. The Second envelope containing the price shall be
clearly marked as “FINANCIAL BID” accompanied with Bid Security.
5. Tenderers may obtain the Tender Documents on submission of a written application and
upon payment of a non–refundable fee in shape of cash / Pay order drawn in favour of
“State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Sargodha Zone” during Office hours.
6. Two Envelopes “Technical Qualification” and “Financial Bid” must be delivered at
“P&GS Department, 1st Floor, M.M Plaza, Queen’s Road, Sargodha” at or before
11:00 AM on above mentioned date. The Envelope “Technical Qualification” shall be
opened at 11 :30 AM on the same day.
7. The “Financial Bid” of Tenderers who fail to POST QUALIFY shall be retuned
UNOPENED. Upon technical verification, the envelope “Financial Bid” of Post
Qualified Tenderers will be opened at 11: 30 AM in the presence of Tenderers
representatives on the date to be intimated in due course of time.
8. Bids received after the above deadline or without Bid Security shall not be accepted.
Telegraphic / Telex / Fax bids shall not be accepted.
9. Bidders must mention validity period on bids, which should be upto 31-12-2021.
10. State Life reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the tenders as per PPRA
rules.
