Task 03 - Reflective

One of the most essential parts of being a manager may be called planning. This is not just the
strategic perspective needed to determine the organization's needs. It helps to establish the
necessary structure and objective for short and long term objectives of the firm.

The strategy comprises conscientious decision-making based on the requirement that utilizes
alternatives and the best choice of actions that are helpful to the business to choose and build
resources to meet the company's objectives.

We would conclude that the system involves the evaluation of needs, the formulation of the
strategic strategy and its most functional execution. In general, it is up to the senior management
of the firm to select the course of action to make best use of its skills and position on the market
and to better cope with competition.

We regard the manager as the element required to extend the operations of the enterprise and
utilize the expertise and data necessary to choose to achieve the objectives of the enterprise.
They have to ensure that the firm spends as little money as possible in return for profit. This can
also be referred to as a cheap strategy. While a manager can evaluate the market on the basis of
his own skills and position in relation to competition, there are several distinct things. These can
include segmentation, differentiation and inclusion, a product-based perspective and a targeted
approach using the necessary component of change a firm needs and utilizing its received
products.

In order to develop the best possible course of action, the manager has to recognize the demands
of the company and continue the continuing process of need evaluation and change
management. After a manager takes such a vision, it helps them concentrate on their strengths,
build on their skills and take advantage of opportunities in the market to ensure its internal
structure aligns with its objectives and its external structure is sufficiently efficient for dealing
with the required changes.

The demands are huge, therefore the manager needs to be both forward-looking and present-
aware. The role of a manager in a company can be understood to be a complex effort or function
that covers all the actions that could be regarded as necessary to formulate a strategy
implementation plan, to recycle and use goods and to effectively change those that are not
essential to the operation of the firm. This also depends on their capacity to develop a decent
strategy and effectively construct it in order to ensure that they can make the greatest use
otherwise of the whole process.

Toward this path, we can see how a manager utilizes their abilities, information, and experience
joined with the investigation of the interior, outer and natural variables which influence its
working to lay out the objectives, use the skill, activate the assets, planning the administrations,
observing the interaction and accomplishing the put forward objectives of the association to
bring a total course of hierarchical execution to acknowledgment.
