1. a.) A well is producing at the rate of 1200 BOPD since inception of

completion of well. The production rate of the well was again tested and
rate found about 1000BOPD after one year. Find the cumulative production 5 CO1
of the well.
b.) Also find the initial oil in place if oil formation volume factor is 1.20 V/V,
total compressibility factor of oil and water is 3.5x10-6 /psi. The pressure at
the decline time is 1200 psi at the end of the year and current pressure is 5 CO1
500psi.
