I discovered that...

- There`s a Metabolic Equivalents. Moderate-intensity activities are those that you gt while
moving fast enough or strenously enough to burn off three to six times as much energy per
minute as you do when you are sitting quietly, or exercises that clock in at 3 to 6 ETs.
Vigorous intensity activities burn more than 6 METs.

I have realized to increase my participation in active recreational activities particularly 3


HOUR for 7 days per week.
- My plan for processing my participation includes the following strategies: Short-term
goals:

- Taking breaks and rest is important.

- I will consider the safety measures in doing these activities.

- I will accopany my physical activities with proper diet.

- I will not be too much harsh in exercising.

- I will do these activities gradually to prevent any shock in the body.
