rename itself to be “Pharmaceutical Crikey” as the article in my view should never have been

Humour aside, Christensen’s stance — where he encourages voters to snare the drug before it is taken
banned — should not be tolerated. Like Kelly, he is on the public payroll working actively to derail
legitimate and desperately needed health campaigns to protect the public. No other employer would
tolerate it. Nor should the parties who put them there and nor should the voters who are the victims of
their claptrap.

In my view, Madonna King would have done better to first do some actually research about the
subject matters before so to say mouthing off with what appears to me gutter tactics.
First of all Mr Craig Kelly MP as any other Member of Parliament is not “employed” by the
Commonwealth. He is “elected” by his constituents” and provide his FREE services and time to
serve his electorate. For this the constitution provides for an “ALLOWANCE” to compensate a
Member of Parliament for loss of earning, out of pocket expenses, etc. Section 44 of the
Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) specifically prevents any Member of
Parliament to be employed with the Commonwealth other than specific positions where the
Member is a Minister of the Crown or a position such as being employed by the Parliament itself
being the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate. Therefore, Craig
Kelly MP is not in employment and any comparison with some form of employment is ill
conceived at the very least and only show in my view the lack of proper understanding and
comprehension of what the subject (Mr Craig Kelly) is about. The man was elected by his
constituents and well decided to accept this and was therefore entitled to do so and be provided

with an “ALLOWANCE”. As such, he is NOT on the “he is on the public payroll” as in a
form of employment. He merely is provided with a financial compensation called
“ALLOWANCE”.

regard to the absence of provision on matters of detail. The omission was intentional so far as the drafting
committee was concerned, because we thought it was not our business to encumber the constitution
with matters of detail. One of the first things to be done by the parliament of the commonwealth in its first
session would be to settle the salaries of ministers, and a great number of other matters of that kind. We have,
therefore, given them power to deal with this subject. We did not think it necessary to make this in an sense a

payment of members bill. We lay down, however, the principle that they, are to receive an annual
allowance for their services, and we thought that it should start in the first instance at £500.

From what I am aware of regarding Mr Craig Kelly MP is that he is a very honourable person,
and instead of being a problem maker he in my view is more up to date with reality than it
appears to me Madonna King is.
In my view as a Member of Parliament he is well within his right to quote any information that
the TGA publishes. After all The TGA is as I understand it part of the Department of health and
subject to what the parliament in legislation provides for. Meaning the parliament passes a Bill
and the Governor-General when providing Royal Accent causes it to be an Act of Parliament.
As a Member of Parliament therefore he can provide the electorate with information that is
published by the TGA and in no manner violates any copy right, as the TGA cannot have any
copy right to exclude the Parliament from it. As such I view any claim that Mr Craig Kelly MP
violated copy right I view is utter and sheer nonsense. I myself have in my writings extensively
quoted from the TGA website and so also of the Department of health and exposed their
deceptive statement, etc. Actually quoted it also in my formal complaint to the AFP (Australian
Federal Police) against both of false and misleading publications.

It should be understood that the TGA and so the Department of Health are working for the
taxpayers! So, they are accountable to the taxpayers. In my view Madonna King would have
done a better job had she checked out my various parts of complain and made an attempt to
understand what it is all about. In my view she is no more but some so to say “prestitute” who
ignores to check the TRUE FACTS and appears to me to be parroting what others may have
informed her about. To me that is not journalism.

Well, I have no medical or science formal education and because of this I rely upon what experts
are providing as articles, reports, videos, etc. I check out what they are claiming both for and
against COVID issues and well having not worn a mask during 2020 and neither so in 2021 and
still alive and ticking despite my senior age then obviously I seem to be doing the right thing.
Indeed, as you know Olga is 88 has heart failure and other comorbidities and while she also is
exempt from wearing a mask due to medical condition her fear of harassment was such that in
2020 she tried 3 times and well it nearly cost her life and so she decided to follow my example
regardless what idiots may otherwise claim. Anyhow, we are both the better for it.
It is absurd to claim that citizen have to earn certain freedoms as simply their freedoms are
enshrined in the constitution, and no politicians has the right nor the ability to override the
constitution, in fact not even the courts can do so.

TRAITORS, and well if convicted we can depopulate commencing with the TRAITORS. They
in my view are the enemy within, the agents of foreign enemy entities/powers.

I wonder where is Madonna King standing? As a journalist I view she should at least make a
basic attempt to understand and comprehend what the FACTS are. But let us also explore other
details as she seems to me to be obsessed about “freedoms” for vaccinated people, etc.
What Madonna King should keep in mind is that soon or later those so called “vaccinated” may
be on the receiving end and be banned as now is seemingly done against “unvaccinated” persons.
Is she then going to complain that this would be “medical discrimination” for isolating those who
were jabbed with a poison and now are a danger to others? Why would she when she is as I view
it promoting to isolate “unvaccinated” persons regardless that those people might be healthy
and/or may not be able to be “vaccinated” due to medical condition. Since when is being
“healthy” a crime?

Covid-19 by a huge 566% rather than reducing the risk by the 95% claimed by the vaccine
manufacturers and authorities.

really clever and common strategy of the CDC during the pandemic has been to change the definitions

But a few days later, a new definition appeared on the CDC’s website,8 which now says a vaccine is a
“preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.” The differences in
the definitions are subtle but distinct: The first one defined a vaccine as something that will “produce
immunity.”
But, since the COVID-19 vaccines are not designed to stop infection but, rather, to only lessen the
degree of infection, it becomes obvious that the new definition was created to cover the COVID
vaccines.

Perhaps I wasn’t checking it all properly but some images i recently posted of the Parliament
when Mr Craig Kelly MP was speaking there was perhaps a mere handful of Members of
Parliament present.
Why has Madonna King not addressed the issue that there is no provision in the constitution for
an alleged “NATIONAL CABINET” and it merely is utter and sheer nonsense to go along with
this. Again, to me these violations of embedded legal principles constitutes TREASON!

Let us see how many Members of Parliament were there to listen to Mr Craig Kelly MP when
he referred to the dangers of vaccinations of those attending to the disabled, etc.
It seems that other than a couple of back benchers not a single Minister appeared to be
present, unless they all were hiding from the camera! However, anyone checking my past
publications will find that when it comes to an issue of pay rise, for themselves that is, then
about every Member of Parliament is present.
As such, stop claiming the hospital system is overwhelmed when politicians who are being
paid to be a Minister cannot even bother to listen to relevant details governing the NDIS
(national disability Insurance Scheme) affecting the numerous disabled persons.

I am not aware that Madonna King raised the issue that no employer would tolerate that most of
its staff wouldn’t be present when expected to do so! After all, if they are provided with an
“ALLOWANCE” then surely this cover the time and cost for a Member of Parliament to attend
to a session.
Remember: “No other employer would tolerate Craig Kelly. Why do the taxpayers?”
Will Matthew Guy now show real leadership and expose Premier Daniel Andrews and
others for their horrendous failures and misuse/abuse of powers or will he simply also roll
over for the pharmaceutical companies and in the process allow harm to his own family as
well?

**#** Well, I expect no less then honesty in journalism. Anyone can write utter crap and might
get away with it if no one bothers to check the FACTS but to me too many lives are jeopardized
and for what? If we make capital punishment as am award for those convicted of crimes against
humanity, mass murder, treason, etc, then well we would have the depopulation that the NEW
WORLD ORDER seems to pursue. In fact the very ones promoting and assisting in this would
be first in line to be awarded with the depopulation prize. The GREAT RESET would be to get
rid of those parasites whom are harming the vulnerable and innocent citizens.
In my view we must major issues appropriately, such as:
From now on all and any care centres, nursing homes are to operate as Commonwealth entities.
That is precisely what the Framers of the constitution held was required by a Minister.
For example consider the Minister responsible for Australian Post they made clear:

(Writers note: Notice they refer to appointments of officers, etc, and “large army of civil
servants” clearly this relates to Commonwealth Management, not some private company)
No more the States or private contractors having their own centres, as all of it must be directly
under the Federal Minister, and he/she be legally accountable when something goes wrong and
not pass the buck to blame others. No more gold diggers running centres!
Also, no resident of any nursing home to be injected with anything unless a qualified medical
doctor has appropriately assessed the patient and certified for such a patient to be injected with a
prescribed item, and this is placed on the record of the patient. As such, no jabbing with some
poison pretending it to be the flu jab, etc. Also, no patient residing in a care facility/nursing home
be subjected to any “clinical trial” without a specific court order relating to that particular patient.
What is the use of having a census when in the end all we seem to hear is that we must not
overburden the health system. Doesn’t that underline it is not the overburdening of the health
system that is the real problem but that the health services simply are deliberately preventing
appropriate health services to be available. After all when I was referred by a GP for testing at a
hospital and none was provided within a year and so the referral expired, not because the hospital
had no facilities but it implemented a system that deliberately denied appropriate care to be
provided, then coupled with the reduction of health services over the decades, despite a growing
population then clearly there is a lot of mismanagement by the government (Health Minister),
etc. To use compulsory mask wearing, social distancing, lockdowns, curfews, QR code, etc, all
to compensate for the gross incompetence of planning appropriately never should nor can be
justified. The very incompetent Minister draws his pay while innocent citizens are caused to
suffer and even to die as result. I have not once used the QR system (as I pursue my
constitutional and other legal rights) and what are they going to do against me? Take me to court
and suffer a comprehensive defeat as was in AEC v Schorel-Hlavka (19-7-2006) when I refused
to accept that the “compulsory” part of voting to be constitutionally permissible, and succeeded
in both appeals (representing myself) on various constitutional grounds.
I for one like to see Madonna King to engage in real journalistic work, and for example address
the many issues I have referred to in my writings published at Scribd. She may even then achieve
to expose the rot about the COVID issue, and realize that the data indicates that those who are
jabbed may be more a danger to the so called “unvaccinated” as well as to the “VACCINATED”,
and very well, if not dying from being jabbed may end up like lepers in an isolation for the rest
of their lives, because of the dangers of harming others. At least the healthy unvaccinated are not
a danger to other and neither to themselves. The data underlines this!
In my view, depopulating by executing those convicted of crimes against humanity, mass

murder, TREASON, etc, is perhaps the best way to clean up this world.
