1. What is the main idea of the video?

It's important to preserve and improve the ocean ecosystems.

2. Mention two details you learned from the video

- To reach a goal like the Nature Conservancy with marine protection is necessary to
have in count all the involucrated sectors, in these the economy, the natural cost, his
self sufficient and others, trying to solve all.
- The improvements in the short term are not really important in the time to plan a big
project. In the video the short term improvements are great but the real reach of
projects like this is create a self sufficient, independent and conservative project for
the long term

3. Look up on the internet a country that is facing the same problem as Seychelles, and
write down similarities and differences.
China is the country most affected with ocean pollution, China leads the production of
plastic waste, with 8.8 million metric tons, in 2010 data.
Similarities:
1. Overfishing is a big problem, this causes fish stocks to plummet here.
2. The population in China is so high, because of this, the human impact in the ocean
is so high.
Differences:
1. China has built several projects for marine protection in different places, helping a
lot with fixing the problem.
2. Different advances in technology have made it possible to build projects in parallel
with marine protection.
