Using the GetMPInfo Tool

The GetMPInfo tool is used when diagnosing an issue with MPDr, such as an installation issue. The
program will output a file that Hitachi can use to diagnose the program malfunction.

1.) Go to the MPDr Homepage.

2.) Click on the “Download GetMPInfo” link.

3.) The following box will appear. Click on the arrow next to the “save” button. Click on “Save as”.

4.) Save the file to your desktop

5.) Right click on zip file and select "Extract All" or unzip using your preferred file zipping program.

6.) Open the extracted (unzipped) folder.

7.) Open the “GetMPInfo” folder.

8.) Open the “GetMPInfo.exe” program.

9.) The “MPInfo” File will appear. Attach this file to the DTAC case.
