One of the most effective tools of developmental communication is through radio. In this
essence, the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 12 is continuously having its
radio paid programs on various broadcast outlets in SOCCSKSARGEN.

However, even with our intent to air and discuss in our programs all activities by the
attached agencies related to agriculture and fishery we lack the manpower to cover the
