SOCIO- ECONOMIC

A. Waste Disposal

Cleanliness in surroundings is plus points to our customers.


Segregation of wastes will be done daily. Our non-reusable trash
will be collected of the truck and it
will dispose in the landfill of Palayan
City, Nueva Ecija. We will use the 3R’s
the reuse, reduce, and recycle. In
reuse, we will collect all the things
that have a benefits for us but also
for the customers too that will go on
our theme park. In reduce, instead of
throwing away the peels of the fruits
and vegetable and leftover foods from
our food stalls. We will use it to make
a fertilizer. Afterwards, some of our
employees will go to the mountains to
plant a trees 2 times a month. And also
in recycle we will we collect of the
plastic bottles
and make it lantern for Christmas, pot etc.

We also have different trashcans in our


theme park in able to segregate the
biodegradable and non-biodegradable trash.
And to protect our environment we will be
having a clean-up drive. We will clean the
sidewalks where our theme park will be build.

B. Socio Economic Programs


Since our company is a friendly
business. For the street children and
beggars, we will give us them food once
in a month. Every Christmas we have what
we called “Tala ng Pasko”. In this event
we will go in the orphanage to child
toys and foods for the adults and
children. This program is free we do not accept any payment for
doing certain activities like this.
C. Other Activities

Our mission is to have the satisfaction of every


customer that will visit our resort and
amusement park but as the owners of the
business, we decided to make our
employees feel the satisfaction in their
jobs where they will enjoy their jobs and
will never think to resign from us. We
will be having a Zumba for our employees
twice a month in able for them to enjoy
their work, to release their stress from
work, and to keep their bodies strong,
healthy, and physically fit.

Every month we will be giving


our employees an award for being
honest and perseverance and we will
promote our employees if it is need
and if they are worth it to promote.
For them to be active and eager to
work hard so that they will retain
those kinds of
traits shown
in their jobs
and other
employees will
be high motivated to do their jobs. We
also give them Phil. Health and SSS for
their own benefits. They also having a
Christmas party and bonus for their
family.
