SUMMARY
"Aroma and Arts" is a coffee shop launched by young entrepreneurs
who are passionately interested in business and arts. We came up
with the idea of creating a business that allows you to relax while you
appreciate and create art. We provide aromatic and appetizing foods
and beverages as well as environmentally friendly, and high-quality
art materials.

PRODUCT POSITIONS
The products used consist of both industrial and consumer goods. The products
are being carefully produced and made with environmentally friendly supplies. The
products are manufactured or packaged in an environmentally and socially friendly way.
The entrepreneurs also offer high-quality, fresh beverages with delectable bakes and
snacks.
The entrepreneurs will set a certain price for each product, taking into account the
cost of production, profit percentage, and price of similar products implemented by the
competitors. The price of art supplies and packaging can also become costly because the
used materials are eco-friendly.
The entrepreneurs also created social media accounts named after the café to
further promote it. Also, the entrepreneurs will sponsor well-known influencers who can
endorse the café and its goods in return. The entrepreneurs can also create commercials
or advertising videos to reach a greater audience.
Target customers will be teenagers/kids, and adults who are into arts, and those
who value the products offered. Employees in the business will be those who are also
into arts, it can be in form of fine arts, music, performance, digital, or bartending.
All packaging used is eco-friendly containers that minimize waste. In the
promotion of art, rest assured that the containers will be designed beautifully so that it
will also be pleasing in the eyes of the consumers.
The entrepreneurs position their products for their special value as it is art. The
products and services offered have unique characteristics and attributes.

We offer foods and beverages such as bread, cake, latte, tea and juice. Together with them, we also give our
customers art mats, paint, and paintbrush. The products and services we provide are surely unique as we
combined two fields of art, fine arts and bartending, into one. Though it might be pricier, rest-assured that the

groups of employees; the first group will be responsible for the production of design in
our art mats, while the other group will be the one capable of making coffee. The first
group should possess exceptional skills in arts and design (e.g. calligraphy, cartooning,
etc.). Meanwhile, the second group of employees should have an experience when it
comes to making coffee.
Delivery Man
A single delivery man would suffice. The delivery man is capable of sending the
products to different areas. One must have a driver’s license.
Consumers
Our business is open to every customer who has an unending love for coffee. We
are open to everyone interested to try our finest products.
