who are passionately interested in business and arts. We came up
with the idea of creating a business that allows you to relax while you
appreciate and create art. We provide aromatic and appetizing foods

The products used consist of both industrial and consumer goods. The products
are being carefully produced and made with environmentally friendly supplies. The
products are manufactured or packaged in an environmentally and socially friendly way.
The entrepreneurs also offer high-quality, fresh beverages with delectable bakes and
snacks.
The entrepreneurs will set a certain price for each product, taking into account the
cost of production, profit percentage, and price of similar products implemented by the
competitors. The price of art supplies and packaging can also become costly because the
used materials are eco-friendly.
The entrepreneurs also created social media accounts named after the café to
further promote it. Also, the entrepreneurs will sponsor well-known influencers who can
endorse the café and its goods in return. The entrepreneurs can also create commercials
or advertising videos to reach a greater audience.
Target customers will be teenagers/kids, and adults who are into arts, and those
who value the products offered. Employees in the business will be those who are also
into arts, it can be in form of fine arts, music, performance, digital, or bartending.
All packaging used is eco-friendly containers that minimize waste. In the
promotion of art, rest assured that the containers will be designed beautifully so that it
will also be pleasing in the eyes of the consumers.
The entrepreneurs position their products for their special value as it is art. The
products and services offered have unique characteristics and attributes.

comes to making coffee.

REPUBLIC ACT 9003 ECOLOGICAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2000
In partnership with stakeholders, the law aims to adopt a systematic,
comprehensive and ecological solid waste management program that shall ensure the
protection of public health and environment. The law ensures proper segregation,
collection, storage, treatment and disposal of solid waste through the formulation and
adaptation of best eco-waste products.

PRESIDENTIAL DECREE 1586 ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT (EIS)


STATEMENT OF 1978
The Environment Impact Assessment System was formally established in 1978
with the enactment of Presidential Decree no. 1586 to facilitate the attainment and
maintenance of rational and orderly balance between socio-economic development and
environmental protection. EIA is a planning and management tool that will help
government, decision makers, the proponents and the affected community address the
negative consequences or risks on the environment. The process assures implementation
of environment-friendly projects.

services should be directed towards the protection and promotion of health; and
with the advance in the field of sanitation in recent years, there arises the need
for updating and codifying our scattered sanitary laws to ensure that they are in keeping
with modern standards of sanitation and provide a handy reference and guide for their
enforcement;
The Philippine government adopted RA 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines of
1991) as the legal basis for consumer protection in the country. The law embodies the
state policy on the protection of consumers and establishes standards of conduct for
business and industry in the country.

The Act aims to protect the “interest of the consumer, promote his general
welfare and establish standards of conduct for business and industry”
