MISSION

We are passionate entrepreneurs who are on a mission in creating a unique, delicious,

high- quality and budget friendly banana products that we will serve to every customer. We

came up with an innovate product that everyone will definitely like because we made something

new and unique products of banana. One of our goals is to provide and fulfill people’s cravings

with our delicious banana products and to give our best in terms of services especially in terms

of the quality of our product. Also, our goal is to become essential to our customers by providing

differentiated products and services to help them satisfy their cravings and to give them great

experience. Additionally, the entrepreneurs are committed to raising awareness about the

benefits of eating banana in our body.

VISION

We envision to become one of the most successful and well-known businesses in the line

of selling banana foods and drinks in our industry. Additionally, we are aiming to be the leading

provider of quality healthy delicious foods in our industry and impeccable customer service by

providing differentiated products and services to the customers. We will offer good quality of our

products and services, to gain the trust and loyalty of our customers. Also, we will innovate our

company, to make more affordable budget products that will help or lead in achieving our

business goals. We also aimed to be recognized by our customers not only because of our good

customer services but also by providing a high-quality product yet affordable price. Lastly, we

aimed to become a regular business stall.

B. NAME OF THE ENTERPRISE

The business proponents came up with the " LA CASTELLANA BANANA" as the name

of the business as it will sell affordable healthy snacks that are made from banana that is

perfectly for movie, date or bonding session. The word LA CASTELLANA BANANA signifies

the banana fest that honors the abundance of the delicious yellow fruits and the BANANA are

their main producer of our delicious products which are the banana chips, ube turon, crispy

banana and banana con yelo. The La Castellana Banana offer a high- quality of banana products

yet affordable prices to attract more customers and build the trust and loyalty of the potential

customers.

C. LOCATION

The location of our business will be at the College of Sciences, Technology and

Communications, INC. (CSTC) Lucena Campus in 28 Capitol Road Purok Camia Brgy. 10,

Lucena City. This is the place we will conduct our business as this was the perfect location for

our target customers, who are the students, close friends, teachers, and adults. This location plays

a huge role in attracting more customers to our business because this site is crowded by many

people. Locating and choosing the ideal site involves many different factors, including

researching nearby areas, reading about potential customers' demographics, and taking rivals'

locations into account. This good location decision can significantly boost our company’s long-

term performance.

PART IV. MARKETING PLAN

Our main products more on Banana that will be sold in a price of — pesos,

depending on the portion of their demands. We also have drinks that comes a selected

topping of your choice. On the other side, our products also do have adds on want. They

will enjoy it with an affordable price and high-quality products in a paper cup/plate for an

Eco-friendly system. La Castellana is also situated so that customers can easily find it and

remember it. As soon as our enterprise got off the ground, we will start observing and

figuring out how our products would affect the customers, whether they would like it or

not, and of course thru out our observation we will identify if our products need

improvements. Also, we will provide the top services that each customers requires. To

advertise our business and products, we will use a variety of media. For example, we will

create a Facebook page where we will post containing the details and images about our

products. In order to draw in customers, we will also provide a delivery system which

makes our customers conveniently satisfied. We'll do our very best to attract more

customers with our “speaking techniques” and making sure to retain our loyal customer.

B. TARGET MARKET

Our potential customers are the teachers and students from CSTC Lucena. It is highly

affordable and attractive to teachers, mostly from the students from its appearance, taste, to

its affordable price. La Castellana has a distinctive method of luring in customers, primarily

students who are seeking out authentic flavors and tastes. The La Castellana products attract

the interest of potential customers, encourage them to test the items, and provide them with

great experience knowing that a banana can be an amazing snack.

C. MARKETING STRATEGIES
1. Products

• Banana Chips – These are a thinly slices banana fried in oil until it reaches a

certain browning or crispiness.

• Turon – These are deep-fried in oil and flavored with a topping of your choice.

• Crispy Banana - It is a banana chunks covered with a wet batter followed by dry

batter and deep fried until golden brown.

• Banana con yelo - A type of refreshment containing a sweet recipe of banana and

ice drizzled with a creamy evaporated milk. It has an advantage over the competitors

because of the way of a banana being serve which captures the attention customers'

attention. It is paired with a creamy and refreshing drink and toppings (syrups, lecheplan,

sesame seeds) from which customers can choose.

2. Price

The cost of the raw materials, supplies, and other items needed for production were taken

into consideration while calculating the pricing of our goods. The entrepreneurs evaluated the

expenses and considered the capacity of our customers when determining the appropriate pricing

of our products can do so with the following prices:

• Pop 1 for 29 pesos. It includes the Popcorn and Drinks OR French Fries and Drinks.

• Pop 2 for 39 pesos. It includes the Popcorn and French Fries with Drinks.

• Pop 3 for 49 pesos. It includes the Popcorn, French Fries and Drinks plus with all the

addons that we offer which are the Cheese Stick, Cheesedog, and Ham and Fruit.

These prizes are reasonable given the size and portion of the combo. The food is well

worth the money because it is so reasonably priced. With such a low cost, it can fill everyone's

empty stomach and satisfy their cravings. Also, here in our pricing strategy, we use

“Psychological Pricing” for our combo snacks; Wherein, it is the strategy that we used in setting

our prices just below the price point and ending a price with an odd number (9) that makes our

customers feel like they're spending much less on our snacks.

3. Place

The La Castellana is placed at the extension building of CSTC Lucena, where the

students are taking their entrepreneurship subject, which will make the business lively because

there is a high possibility that they will stand as competitors of our business. But since the

location is inside the campus, it also secures the business owners by having the ideal population

of potential clients that can meet our company's requirement for business growth. Also, we will

make sure to give our place a pleasant, classy, and soothing ambiance since it will set the mood,

quality, and atmosphere of the place.

4. Promotion

La Castellana Banana Enterprise offers a refreshing and affordable product that everyone can

avail. Aside from using the common strategy in promoting a business, like using social media,

sweet talk/ sales talk and creating flyers; we are using a best and unique marketing strategies to

make our business bloom and be influential, that is why we use the following strategies to attract

and promote more our business.

➢ SPIN THE WHEEL, every customer has a chance to spin and win incredible

prizes together with the product they bought

➢ BRING, BUY & WIN, for every 7 purchases of our product a lucky person will

be chosen to participate in our contest in which they will bring a friend to purchase any

product from us and the lucky customer who bought her/his friend will win any product

he/she chooses (1 product only).

➢ BUY AND GET DRINKS, every customer that will purchase our product worth

of 50 pesos and above will get free drinks.

➢ FREEDOM WALL, all customers have freedom to write their thoughts or

message to their someone else. Also, each customers have freedom to give feedback or

comments about the product they purchased from us.

5. People `

The students, faculty, and visitors to the CSTC Lucena Campus who will be attending the

upcoming event are our target audience and potential clients. Given that our products are located

on school property, it will be simpler to sell them. Customers can easily purchase and enjoy our

products at the best prices, with the best quality, and the best customer service. To our fellow

classmates which they will participate/ help to manage and control our store and to our product

advertisements.

6. Process

Turon is a traditional Filipino snack, it is served with a paper plate and cooked in oil till golden

brown to achieve crispness and freshness, also it is drizzled with a syrup UBE and

CHOCOLATE flavor. Secondly the Banana Chips is a thinly sliced banana and cooked to

perfection, it is also sealed in a small plastic bag to preserve the crispiness. In addition, Crispy

Banana is a snack dip in a wet and dry batter and deep-fried in oil. Lastly the Banana con yelo is

a Filipino refreshment containing sweet banana chunks at the bottom and topped with shaved ice

and evaporated milk, it also comes with a topping of UBE.

7.Packaging

For our products packaging, we will provide a different size of cup for the, turon, and

crispy banana and drinks, for the banana chips is a plastic mock up that have different size

depend on the prices that have our business logo. This is the perfect packaging for every order

for either dine-in or take-out orders.

1. Production
BANANA CHIPS

1. First slice the banana thinly.

2. Prepare a pan and heat it on the stove. When it's hot, put the oil.

3. Add the sliced bananas.

4. When it browns a bit, take it off and set aside.

5. Package the finished banana chips.

6. Ask the customer what powdered flavor they want to add.

UBE TURON

1. Slice the banana vertically in the middle to make two pieces.

2. Put in the wrapper, add ube and roll it.

3. Prepare a pan and heat it on the stove. When it's hot, put the oil.

4. Fry the turon.

5. When it's a little brown, set aside.

6. Prepare it.

CRISPY BANANA

1. Cut the banana into four.

2. After slicing, put it on a stick. Just skewer it like a barbeque.

3. In a container, put an egg. Add salt, sugar, and flour to it. Add a little water and stir it.

4. Dip the banana in the mixed mixture. Then roll in bread cramps.

5. Prepare a pan and heat it on the stove. When it's hot, put the oil.

6. Fry the banana

7. When it turns brown, set aside.

8. Prepare it with the chocolate sauce.

1. Slice the banana.

2. Put in a glass.
