EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Roncal’s Merienda House is a food stall business that will be located along

the Roncal’s residence in Brgy. Alibungbungan Nagcarlan, Laguna. Roncal’s

Merienda House is owned by Andrei G. Roncal using the sole proprietorship type

of business. This business will satisfy the cravings Roncal’s Merienda House will

be involved in preparing and serving Filipino meriendas like fishball, kikiam, turon,

kwek-kwek etc.and non- alcoholic beverages that complement the dish. We know

that there are several snack bars and related businesses all around Nagcarlan,

Laguna which is why we spent time and resources to offer much more than our

competitors will be offering. The business offers typical Filipino meriendas but with

variety of sauces to choose from and different flavors that is new to Filipino’s taste.

The business will observe cleanliness and will make sure that the customers will

receive their orders in the most pleasing and outstanding experience. The

business’ target customers are primarily the residence of Brgy Alibungbungan that

is finding affordable snacks since it is located in the said barangay. The business

were not only going to operate a system where our customers would have to come

to our store to make purchase and eat or whatever they want, but the business will

also operate an online store where our customers can place orders for our

products online and they will get it delivered to their houses or any location they

want us to deliver the purchase within Nagcarlan, Laguna. The business will start

with P7,000 capital. The whole vision and mission of this business will circulate in

the tagline which is “Come Hungry, Leave Happy”
