This study aims to assess the relationship of technological advancement in the

business employee's performance. Furthermore, it seeks to answer the following

research question:

1. What are the different technological advancement encountered by the business

employees?

2. What is the difference between technological and traditional way of working?

3. Is there a significant effect between technological advancement and business

employee`s performance?

Employee`s Performance

Scope and Delimitation of the Study

The general intent of the study is to assess the relationship of technological

advancement to business employee's performance. The study tends to check if

technological advancement (Independent) has significant impact to employee's

performance (Dependent). The study conducted from October 22, 2021 – December 1,

2021. The gathering of data take place in the Municipality of Nagcarlan, Laguna. The 20

respondents are picked purposively. The respondents are business employees or part of

any business practice. In order to collect the necessary data, each respondent is given a

questionnaire to answer.
