The Pandessert is a food business organization. Dessert refers to different

flavored graham cake that aims to quench the craving of the customers. The finished

goods are sold directly to customers. With the unique taste combination of our products,

customers will surely fall in love with our product. They cannot help but to purchase over

and over again from our business.

Product/ Services

The product comes with various flavors that the customers can choose from. The

service will surely accommodate all the consumers politely and attentively to meet their

standards and satisfaction.

The target market of the business are the students since they love to drink this kind of

beverages and loves to pair it up with other snacks. Furthermore, there is nothing more

refreshing than a cold beverage after a long tiring day in school. Pandessert are a very

versatile dessert that can be every after meal or serves as a snack.

The main goal of the business is to be successful and double its income because

it will help create new branches and expand the business. Moreover, to build a strong

In the year 2025, Pandessert Beverages envision themselves to become the leading

and well-known dessert in food industry at Quezon City, Philippines.

giving a high quality dessert that can go with dessert competitors.

A. Resources, Facilities, and Equipment

Pandessert is a sole proprietorship a type of business entity that is owned and

run by one individual and in which there is no legal distinction between the owner and

the business. The resources of the business came from the investment of a person that

established this business. The equipment that are needed to produce the product are

freezer to keep the beverages cold, machine that are responsible for the packaging,

measuring cups, knife, chopping board, and canister.

The responsibility of the owner is to take charge of the business about the proper

way of approaching the customers and take charge on the amount and equipment that

will be used in selling the products. The manger is also responsible for situation that

requires his/her expertise such as calming down or handling different customer. The

store manager will be the two owners of the business to lessen the expenditures and to

monitor the business properly.

Helper

The responsibility of the Helper is to make a product according on how the

business process the original taste of it and receive the payment of the customer.

Pandessert is a sole proprietorship type of business. Sole Proprietorship

requirements in the Philippines is need to be register with DTI, Local Government Unit

(LGU) or Barangay, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s Revenue District Office in the

city where you plan to set up your business.

C2. Legal Environment

The following are the legal documents that are needed for the business to operate:

barangay permit for the location of the business, sanitary permit for proper waste

disposal, and an insurance for the employees just in case they get involved in an

accident during their job. The insurance will cover all the hospital bills and also their

family member the insurance will cover 150,000 of the hospital bills. We also have the

BIR permit to submit our tax statement at the end of year we also have the Department

of Trade and Industry (DTI) Business Name (BN) Registration Certificate so that we can

use on trading name any business-related operation and also to be secure if someone’s

try to use our business name. SSS Employer’s Registration we are obliged to register

our employees to SSS to ensure that these employees are covered with insurance

benefits, such as disability, sickness, maternity, death and others, in accordance with

Republic Act No. 8282. Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) .

Pandessert is made up of fresh Mango, Chocolate cookies, Chocolate filling,
Condensed milk, crema, evaporada, and Grahams. What made Pandessert unique is
that it has a unique mix of flavor that levels up the taste of the product.

Pandessert has three flavor frozen dessert namely Mango, Cookie and Cream
and Chocolate flavor so that customers will have options to choose from. Since
Pandessert is made with everyone in mind, it is a kind of dessert that a lot of people
have never been disappointed with. Pandessert have to be included in everybody’s
craving list. It is easy to eat everywhere you like. Customers of all ages such as adults
and senior citizen will like the taste of the Pandessert.

The following are the size and price of the products: 250ml is the only size that

Pandessert can offer for now that cost Php 100.00 for the 3 dessert that has different

flavors. The business can be sell only in online due to pandemic.

can access our product easily. People who always like to eat while travelling, watching

and playing will like this. The product is very handy and it will help their body feel

refreshed after a long tiring day. As for the teenagers, since our product is very cheap

school and other personal stuff.

A. Production

The Pandessert product is handmade, it is made by the owner who has a knowledge

on how to get the exact taste that the customer’s want. This product is already made

before the operating time of the business so the consumers no need to wait. The

estimated time that the product will finish is about 30mins and will be ready to eat after

putting it on the fridge overnight and just need to place it to the refrigerator to maintain

the coldness of the desser. The product has an interval day of 3 days before it expires.

The business does not have a factory; the products are home made. The advantage of

Pandessert from its other competitors is that they are the only business that have 3

flavors that can be bought for only 100 pesos.

Sourcing/Procurement Strategy

The Pandessert find a supplier of mango from Commonwealth Marker that offers a

low price per kilo that are suitable to the ingredients of the business. The supplier from a

certain grocery store offers an affordable price powder for a chocolate biscuit, Graham

Biscuits, Evaporada, All Purpose Cream and Condense Milk. The Pandessert chose

them as their supplier because they offer a quality raw materials for an affordable price

and it is accessible for the business as well.

B. Marketing Strategy

In the year 2016 when the business was established, the promotion will be done

through social media platform wherein the business continuously uploads a product and

encourage the customer to write a review on their Facebook page. The promotion will

be surely unique since the business want to invest more in the promotion. The business

is aiming to have a grand promotion of the product wherein they will use an influencer or

artist that can grab the attention of the customers. This promotion can also help the

sales of the business to improve and reach its goal to have a physical store.
