This section presents the VGMO, the business model, the business and

production positions, wealth improvement approaches, and the parties supporting the

business.

VISION, MISSION, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The vision of the business is to become one of the leading business that serves

mouth-watering takoyaki and milk tea in Polangui, Albay and to be able to expand the

business in other places.

Our mission is to offer/provide a good and well-served snacks to our customers.

We are entirely devoted to serve customers the service quality and value that reach

their expectations.

Objectives:

BUSINESS PRODUCT AND POSITION

TakoyaTea aims to provide mouth-watering snacks for the people of Polangui

and even outsiders of the municipality. The products are mostly the same no matter

where the location of the buyer because it has free delivery within a given range of

kilometer traveled. The milk tea has different flavors, including classic, chocolate,

okinawa, wintermelon, cookies and cream, dark choco, and matcha. While the takoyaki

can be spicy or not, depending on the customer’s desire. Here in TakoyaTea, the

products to be sold are affordable and desirable for customers. It is important to sell

products that have distinction from competition no matter the value, price, or quality.

Our target customers in the market are households, shoppers, students, workers, and

everybody who resides near in our location.

            TakoyaTea will make sure to invest in our expertise which is the providing

customers the products that they deserve. We would conduct a survey on our
customers to know what products they would like in the future and then select the

popular ones. TakoyaTea will create loyalty plan that will enable us to reward our

regular customers. We value our customers and make sure they are satisfied with what

they buy. We will compete against ourselves to improve each day and learn from our

mistakes to improve the business’ success. TakoyaTea will keep on innovating to be

able to adapt to new situations.

Consumer support provides a frim with a lot of potential and motivation to provide

more services, ensuring that consumers are satisfied with the goods. Consumers will

support a business if it has fewer issues and positive reviews. They will assist other

Suppliers contribute to the success of the company by providing excellent service

in exchange for the commodities they sell. Suppliers are the one who supply the things

that the business needs to sell.

framework. Since the products, milk tea and takoyaki are now popular in the market and

consumers are addicted in buying those products, its sales are growing. Eventually, the

owners also joined the trend and build a business.

Consumer preferences are changing on a social level. Business promotion and

commercial are some of the aspects that encourage the consumer to buy those

products. Consumers also consider the reviews of other consumers that can also

influence them. There are several factors that have impact on consumers.

popular places will surely attract customers that will increase the revenue of the

we are quite optimistic to meet our set targets of creating income.

TakoyaTea milk tea business has a good reputation due to its quality products

and good service. Our business will continue to strive and achieve our target market to

We are going to explore all available means in to promote TakoyaTea business.

Our advertising strategy and publicity is not all about winning customers over but to

make a name for our shop. These are our platforms in promoting our bike and repair

shop:

• Social Media Platforms like Facebook and Instagram

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TakoyaTea’s products will be beverages (mainly milkteas) and the takoyakis

itself. All products come in various sizes and servings and can be customized according

to the customers specification (milk tea sugar level, add-ons, etc.) Products are best

consumed right away after purchasing. Milk teas can be spoil after a day and takoyakis

would last for 2 days but quality and freshness are affected.

EQUIPMENT/ MATERIALS NEEDED


TakoyaTea would use equipments such as frying utensils (kitchen utilities, fryer,

etc.), chiller for storage of the ingredients and freezer for the beverages to maintain

temperature and quality.

SIZE OF THE BUSINESS

TakoyaTea would be near the municipal market enough to gather people around

its vicinity. Its simplicity and area occupied can handle the possible contingencies like

people rushing at the store.

PERSONNEL REQUIREMENT

TakoyaTea needs personnel at least 18+ of age and has experience or

knowledge about food and beverage business and preparation.
