I. COMPANY’S OBJECTIVES, MISSION, AND VISION STATMENT

MISSION
Yestlé’s mission is to bring pastries that has their own unique taste that
will surely satisfy valuable customers with our company’s superior
quality and technical expertise and tomake a product in its highest
quality that would be worth-it according to its value and acquires a
savory taste that would not satisfy the taste buds of the consumers in all
ages but also give health benefits to its consumer.

VISION
To have and maintain high-quality pastries in its taste and appearance
to satisfy consumers. And to achieve excellence for the better future and
to view change in the market as an opportunity to grow through their
ability to develop and produce innovative products, services and
solutions that satisfy emerging customer needs.

II. HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

Crepes were incorporated in 2010 by Anthony


Gabriel Abad and colleagues. A year before,
Anthony Gabriel Abad who was working as the
staff in the marketing department discovered a
problem that lead to making a new company
which is YESTLE. The company was established to
serve a different high quality flavored crepe with the
main ingredients – banana and malunggay. Over the years, this company has
grown by adapting to a changing environment and by continuing to expand its
own unique core products.

YESTLE is located in Sta, Cruz, Laguna Philippines. And in order to


satisfy the customers, they manufacture the highest quality products by
utilizing the most advanced production technology in conjunction with strict
quality control guidelines. Because of high quality standards and reliable
delivery schedules, it is able to build and maintain a solid customer in every
place in the Philippines. In addition, YESTLE still developing innovative
products that are unique to the industry by employing new raw materials.

III. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Yestle’s is a business that provides food products that is made with


healthy vegetables in Santa. Cruz, Laguna. The business was established
by Anthony Gabriel Abad, Justine Jason Abella, Frank Jayson Agana,
Karen Myles Alganes, and VyanneAmbrosio.

Yestle’s food product is not just only a snack but it is also a healthy
snack that can satisfy not just only the taste buds of the costumers but
also their body will benefit too. Yestle’ s will be an excellent business
because we strive towards providing quality of service that fulfill the
variant costumer’s desire and preference.

Yestle’swill provide and deliver the quality of work and excellent


customer service, we will always maintain high quality pastries to
achieve excellence in the business.

Indeed, YESTLE is one the Philippines’ proud for it provides high-


quality healthy pastries that’s beneficial. The company’s value are
reflected in the way they do business, always acting legally and honestly
to provide such services that customers will come back for. YESTLÉ has
timely services that delivers reasonable products.

V. PRODUCTS OR SERVICE OFFERED

Yestlé would be creating products that would be attractive and pleasing


to the eyes of the customers. One of those products that the said company
sells is the so called "Manana Crepes". These products are made from the
mixed Malunggay and Bananas with flour and the other ingredients.

The said product is made from the finest machineries by the company
and through the safest processing done that follows the rules and regulations
of a food manufacturer which resulted upon the finest quality that the product
would give to its customers. This product would create a savory taste that
would create a unique combination from the two main ingredients. Not only
does the said product would satisfy the customer's taste buds but it would
also give a lot of health benefits due to the main ingredients used upon making
this product.

VI. TARGET MARKET

YESTLÉ’s target market for their product named Manana Crepes is


the municipality of Santa Cruz in the province of Laguna. Manana Crepes,
made from malunggay and bananas mixed with flour and other
ingredients are known for its unique taste.

Consumers will surely look for some more once the product is
consumed for its taste and health benefits that will surely have a good
effect. And because of its taste, consumers want to redo this kind of
product because they are hundred percent sure that everyone will
patronize this special output.

Essentially, we want to sell to as many customers as we can, but


also keeping in mind that this is a new business, we want to raise
awareness of the product and start positioning it in the minds of our
target market.

VII. CHANELLING (RETAIL, WHOLESALE, E-COMMERCE)

YESTLE has been serving crepes made from bananas and malunggay. It
is a thin large pancake with different toppings like fresh fruits, sauces,
chocolates, or savory toppings like cheese, potatoes, meats or vegetables.
They offer two basic varieties of crepes: savory and sweet.

YESTLE also offers many food service catering options to meet your
location and needs. They can serve crepes in any fashion to accommodate
different venues with indoor and outdoor set up options. YESTLE has plans for
expansion to keep on the lookout for crepes coming to a town near you. They
are absolutely passionate about delivering an authentic experience that you
and your guests will find delightfully unforgettable.

By employing our own channel, we will have a direct relationship with


the customer, and we will have higher profit margins. However, we will
require more investment to create the infrastructure to deliver our product to
the market, and the production to market loop will be slower. Additionally,
partners leverage long established relationships with retailers that you will
not have access to.
