Team Name
Our company name, "Brewgart's Café," is derived from the name "Bogart," which is a popular term
on social media. Because we sell coffee and pastries, we changed "Bo" to "Brew" to make it more
meaningful. We reasoned that using it as our business name would leave a lasting impression on our
customers

Product
We chose to offer coffee and pastries to our customers. Scientists have known for years that coffee
stimulates the release of dopamine in a person’s brain, which produces the euphoria and happy feelings that
people associate with their first cup of coffee, and we wanted to provide those experience with a dessert
that supports the strong flavors of the coffee.

Brief Description
Brewgart's Café is a type of business that can operate in a variety of locations. It is accessible to
people who live in areas where there are no coffee shops. This business is also for those who enjoy coffee
on the go. A coffee truck will be used to cater our customers and sell our products.

Target Audience
Our potential target market includes call center agents, graveyard shift workers, and construction
workers. These workers are typically employed full-time and needed a time to reload some thoughts.

Advocacy
“Break the stereoffee (break the stereotype)” LBGTQIA+ received surveillance, violence,
humiliation, embarrassment, trauma, and suffering actions every day and it affect the lives of some
individuals who need access to not only public restrooms in the Philippines, but also experienced
throughout the world. It is obvious that such violent practices operate daily not only on the doors of public
restrooms, but through a set of statements surrounding those places. In a business of a coffee and pastry
truck, we wanted to invite not only the common genders (Man and Woman) but also attract LGBTQIA+
members, so that they can have place where it is peaceful and they can feel that they are welcomed, loved
and accepted.

2
We also decided to protect the nature by using materials that can be recycled and re-used. We
designed a recyclable paper cup for those who will have their everyday cup of coffee

We also designed a stainless-steel tumbler that can be obtained after you finished the 10 stamps on
our limited reward card. As the materials can be very expensive, we limited 50 tumblers to our customers.
With this tumbler you can go back to our truck to refill your coffee tumbler.

3
As for the menu, we customized each category with different flag colors for their chosen category
of sustenance.

It will leave a lasting impression on them, and the next time they visit, they will undoubtedly return
for more. It does not take much effort to order for those who need it the most, not only for their convenience
but they can also be motivated throughout their whole day.

Expected Outcome
We hope to be able to provide service to people who are in need of a space for thoughts, a rush of
dopamine, or just a nice, hot cup of coffee. In the future, we hope to create a place where people of all
shapes, colors, identities, and sizes could feel comfortable to take a breather amidst the harsh world we live
in.
