Chapter 1

Introduction

A. The Business Concept and the Business Model

Friendly Colors is a company partnership company owned by Angelo Velasco

and his fellowmen, the business is centered on food processed products and most of it

are healthy, convenient and ready to fry. Our products are inspired mainly in Western

countries but we’re Filipino we know how to change the game, with the help of creative

thinking and determination we came up with a delightful and brilliant products that

assure the loyalty of customers in first bite. Our customer service will also make you fall

in love with our company, our employees are respectful and passionate about their job

and we follow regulations in terms of law and moral conditions. We will guarantee you,

your satisfaction and make sure you’re having fun while eating. You’ll definitely come

back and creates lots of memories with us.

Our best seller Rainbow Roll was inspired by American cuisine called pizza roll it

is a baked pie consisting of a shallow bread like crust covered with toppings such as

seasoned tomato sauce, cheese or sausage. But instead of using bread, Friendly Colors

version is a crepe it is a very thin pancake it will serve as a cover to our dish the main

filling with siomai since the flavor of rainbow roll will be determined of different

siomai, thin sliced vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese then fold it to make just like a

lumpia after that pour in egg mixture and bread crumbs to make it crunchy.
Our business main objectives is we want to help our country to grow it’s

economic prowess by helping our local farmers to cultivate crops and communicating

with other Filipino entrepreneurs to build trust with their ventures.

People nowadays are exploring their food taste and choices that’s why we are

serving you the best of both worlds the savor goodness of the West and the exotic flavor

of the East making them the perfect combo that creates connection and gathers people

like you don’t have to fly into America just to experience something great if you buy

our products the America will fly into you. Don’t settle in anything less.

Friendly Colors, maybe sound weird but it has a good connection to everybody

because anyone or everyone can relate into it. Circle, it represent how we collided and

conclude to make a good product that suits to everyone, literally to everyone, like for

the children, teenager, adults, oldies, for the person who’s always busy and of course to

the person who are afraid to gain weight. The frying pan, it represent that our product

undergo frying but even it fried through cooking oil it doesn’t mean it is healthy

because we use an oil that’s good for the health to avoid complications like cholesterol

and heart disease. The colorful people who are above of the pan represent the

friendship or by being as one through sharing to anyone who experience how a good

and healthy the product is because when you find or when you see a new person that

also loves our product in that way you can talk to them about your opinion. The

product is also friendly to everyone even with your own body, that you can enjoy

eating it without gaining to much weight because we promote a healthy product to

everyone through mixing a vegetable with a delicious siomai. The color represent how

varicolored our product is because nowadays there are people who are eating when

they are undergoing on stress, breakdown and sometimes irritated, so we transform our

product to much more colorful to lift an emotional of a person by only seeing our

product.

Industry

A. The Business Concept And The Business Model

Friendly Colors is part in the food and beverage because we offer good quality

and delicious food that can reach your expectations and satisfy your needs and cravings

and we also promote an overwhelming beverage that can give a satisfactory to your

thirst and with a different drink flavors that have a healthy benefits in your body

because we put different vegetables and fruits in our drinks. Food is everybody's great

obsession that nobody can’t live without it they even crave for it. Food can neither be
your friend or your enemy at the same time because food is just like your true friend

giving you comfort and giving you energy when you're feeling down and it also give

you a very important energy to function your mind and your body properly for your

whole day to make you productive in your work and in your studies and specially give

you focus and also to function your mind properly for you to be able to think clear to

make a good choices and decisions. Food can be your mood changer, food can make

you happy and also your tummy. But food can be your number one enemy why?,

because of diet, there are people who are afraid to gain weight because they are

maintaining their body figure so they limit and stop their self to eat more food.

But our product can be your bestfriend and not your enemy because we offer

and serve a healthy food that you can enjoy eating without gaining weight because our

product have the ingredients of healthy vegetables that suits every different kind of

people

Master Siomai is our Primary Competitor because they also sells siomai just

like ours but our product is more different and more convenient because we don’t just

sell ordinary siomai, siomai is our main ingredient to make our product more delicious

and to attract more customers so we made a twist to make a simple siomai to much

more ornamented product and that is our “Rainbow Roll” that we made the siomai our

filling in our product to give more incredible delicious taste and just like “Master

Siomai” our product is also affordable that everyone can buy it especially the students

who have enough money to buy our product because there are students who are

learning to balance their money so they can buy their own needs without always
relaying to their parents. And our product is more convenient because our siomai have

different flavors unlike “Master Siomai” they only specialize pork while in our product

we also use chicken and beef but “Master Siomai” have many franchise stores that every

mall is not complete without “Master Siomai” and you can see it and buy it anywhere

you go.

Our Secondary Competitors is “Jollibee” and “McDonalds” because they sells

“pie” with different flavors but it’s more different to our pie because we specialized

siomai with vegetables that good for everyone who want to eat our product but they

also have twist in their product that can attract more buyers in different generations

through thinking of new flavors for the buyers to on keep buying on their stores and

will be more applicable to different kinds of people and to give the consumers a new

choices.

B. Industry Structure And Performance

Our business is formed through partnership because the business will run

through the people who have their different specialties to give our company the best

we can do to upgrade our company and specially our employees who are serving the

customers.

CEO ( Chief Executive Officer)- A CEO is the highest-ranking executive in a company,

whose primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing

the overall operations and resources of a company. A CEO is elected by the board and

it’s shareholders.
COO (Chief Operating Officer)-The role of the COO varies greatly from one industry to

another and even from one company to another, which makes it difficult to provide a

succinct list of duties.

President-The president often refers to someone who is the leader of a segment or

critical part of the overall company.

CFO (Chief Financial Officer)- Create financial plans as defined by the board of

directors. Direct financing strategies, analysis, forecasting, and budget management.

UP for Marketing- Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase

brand awareness. Setting current and long-term goals for internal teams.

VP for Production- Directs and coordinate the development and manufacture of all

product made by the company. The person who holds this position should ensure that

the company uses the most efficient and economically viable methods for the

production of the company preliminary preparation of financial statements.

Company Secretary-Is responsible for the efficient administration of a company,

particularly with regard to enduring compliance with statutory and regulatory

requirements.

CTO- Is an executive level position in a company or other entity whose occupation is

focused on the scientific and technological issues within an organization.


CAO- Is a top-tier executive who supervises the daily operations of an organization and

is ultimately responsible for its performance

C. Industry Prospects and Outlooks

We will try to improve our business and it’s current plans and try expanding it

further more, in that way we can keep up to latest trends that people nowadays are

into. We will give our 100 percent best to improve our business by up adding new twist

to our products and make it suitable for different generations or ages because every

people in every different age have different kind of taste and different twist on the

food, most of the adults only like and focus on simple food but have an amazing taste of

food that will reach on their expectations while the teenagers like the food that have a

twist and that will also fit to post in Instagram and in Facebook because nowadays even

has been posted on Facebook but it’s also a good thing because our company can also

benefit through some post on that can attract more people because nowadays all people

is using cellphone and streaming on Facebook and Instagram. We will also improve the

way we do our service with the customer through doing a seminar to our employee for

the better service to the customer because a good and well trained employee can make a

good service and dedicated to their work and it mirror the way they manage and serve

their customers. We will also improve the way we promote our products for example

hiring a celebrity to advertise our new release products instead of making infographics
and posters, we believe that it can attract more people much quicker, that later on they

will become our potential buyers and customers. Ours products is basically for

everybody, millennials? Oldies? They can grab our products anytime.

We will promise you that our business always follow and implement some laws

into our management and production units to make sure that we are not violating

government laws and to make sure our products is always clean when we manufacture

and when we serve it, cruelty-free and environmental friendly.

Company Description

A. History of the company

It all started 3 years ago, Angelo Velasco the C.E.O of our today’s company

come up with the idea of having a business. Before we didn’t we didn’t take it

seriously because of lack of resources and financial needs but thankfully that some

of our former classmates that are now the President and the C.O.O of the company

which is Aevery Trishi Omaña and Jovy Monzales agreed to the idea and started

helping Angelo by putting some shares to the company and also to help to find

some suppliers. And look where the hardwork and sacrifices brought us that made

us feel that it’s all worth it


The truth is our product was really inspired because of our creative minds

and perseverance. Rainbow Roll is no ordinary product, you cannot see a product

like that everywhere. Our product and logo symbolizes colors that signify your

mood, everyone well-beings and thoughts. Through our product you will feel

more special and contented.

B. Mission and Vision Statement and Objectives

MISSION

Friendly Colors, as a company that provide a good-quality and

healthy food that suits for everyone through

an excellent service with a dirt-free environment.

VISION

To be one of the world’s best manufacturing industry and in 10 years

it will be classified our product as one of the all time favorite

snack worldwide.

OBJECTIVES
To make our goals possible we will:

1. Conduct a seminar and training for our employees to be able to make a good

work and to happily serve the customers.

2. Listen to every opinion of the customers to reach their standards.

3. Increase the salary of the employees to make them happy and their the one who

face and serve the customers.

4. Look for other way to promote our product and to be know by every people

Friendly Colors is a manufacturing business owned by few people. It is our job to

provide our customers a delicious and healthy products that surely satisfy their

appetite and also their budgets. We want to manufacture a product that suits for

everyone. And every business that exist has its own goals and of course our company

has it to. We want our primary product “Rainbow Roll” classified as one of all time

favorite snack worldwide. You can purchase our product anywhere in the globe

through our different social media sites to easy access us. We believe that this idea will

help us to spread the company name to achieve the company goals. If this happen a lot

of invest and business contracts will be flood in and the Philippines will never be the

same again.
For the company’s people the employers and specially the employees safety are

one of the top priority in our firm. In our production system the workers are obeying

set of rules that our company had given. They must wear proper dress codes to easily

identify where they belong or what work they do in our shop and to handle specific

equipment according to their job to avoid minor and major casualties. Through this

everybody working in the firm would feel safe and secure and to be motivated on their

work so they can also work in a comfortable environment.

We will conduct different programs like seminar so they can enhance their skills

and to assemble devoted workface. Through the seminar and other programs we will

conduct our employees will have a new knowledge on how they can work efficiently

and to help them on how to handle different personalities of a customers and a new

strategies to make their work easier. Thus we will increase their salary and sometimes

give them bonus if we have a good sales by that way we will thank them for their

dedication to their work and for doing their facing best because their the one who are

making the magic for producing a healthy and delicious product for the customer and

their the one who are always communicating with different kinds of customers.

Furthermore, our company will focus on cost control so as to meet profit margin

by managing bank deposit, accounts payable, issuing inventory, cash receipts,

purchasing, order taking and service preparation. This will help us to track actual

expenditure aligned with our forecasts in manging the business.


Moreover customer satisfaction would be our prominent factors for the business.

This will be done through frequent and friendly interaction with customers so as to

know their suggestion about our products by conducting a survey every month to

improve the taste of our product or so we can add a little twist and add-ons in our

product for them to be able to satisfy their cravings.

One of our major target segments customers are people who are busy that they

do not have time to prepare food. We think that ‘ready-to-cook’ food are favorable to

them.

For supplies, we have been in contact with different suppliers in Morong for our

raw materials, crockery silverware heavy equipment and all the other items that are

required for operating the business. While reviewing these suppliers are of good

reputation and hence provide good quality products while not making a huge dent on

the business account.

In advertising we will be doing through social and print media avoiding

broadcasting it on TV since it’s too much expensive, we will be using brochures,

posters, flyers and social media platforms outside Morong vicinity.

The major stockholders in our company is Mr. Angelo Velasco which is our

C.E.O holdings 25.7% of capital shares in the company next is Ms. Trishi Omaña which

is our president holding the 15% of capital shares in the company followed by Ms. Jovy

Monzales which is our C.O.O holding the 11% of capital shares they are the reason why
Friendly Colors existed. They managed to raise their capital shares that’s why they

voted as one of the top members in board position.

D. Primary Product or Service

Friendly Colors sells an amazing and nutritious “Rainbow Roll” that have a

refreshing juice partner to complete your meal and make you satisfied in a colorful and

comfortable place paired with an accommodating crew that will make you feel

contented for your whole stay. Since there are customer that want a food that have a

healthy benefits and have a good-quality service that provide every needs of the

customer. We will focus on providing clean and healthy ingredients and of course a

dirt-free environment to satisfy of every customer to avoid poisoning the cleanliness of

our product and a good relationship with the customer.

We also provide a friendly place for our customer to make their stay comfortable

and to boost their mood by our colorful decorations by the help of stuff-toy animal to

accommodate the solo customer so they wont feel lonely while their eating or we can

introduce them to other customer, and its actually why where here.

That’s the reason why where here to build a circle of friends through our

product.

E. Unique Selling Proposition


There are customer who are eating with a partner , with their friends, with their

family and sometimes there are people who are eating alone. That’s why we came up to

the idea that to every lonely customer we will provide a one stuff-toy to accompany

them while their eating so they won’t feel lonely . It’s okay to eat by yourself because

everyone need some time to think and space for yourself but its hard for us to look at

someone who are eating alone so we made up to that idea because a cute stuff-toy is

hard to resist.

F. Customer

Friendly Color was establish to provide a healthy and affordable food to

everyone, such as the students, office workers, and even the elders. But our main target

is the students because they only have a limited money on their wallet and they keep on

spending it with the food they eat and other school expenses. The students want to buy

a food that fit on their budget or just enough to buy another one because sometime

student have a reason why their eating to much is because of stress their going through

and us a student they can’t handle or manage their stress properly so a good food is a

help to release some of their stress. Typical students don’t have a large amount of

money its always exact and enough for their school expenses such as fare expenses in

going to school or sometimes they are willing to walk just to go to school in exchange

they have the money to buy a recess but not all the food in the canteen is affordable, yes

they have a few food that is affordable but its not enough to feed their hungry tummy.

That’s why we are here to make a delicious and healthy food to satisfy the cravings of a

students with the help of our affordable food that can give them a fulfillment and at the
same time they can enjoy it while it helps their body because of the healthy vegetables

that we put on it, we all know that the students, they wont make an importance to their

school expense or a start-up for a savings.

Rainbow Roll is made up of 100% fresh ingredients. It’s 8cm width and 5 inches long

the cover is 3cm the length of fillings is 5cm and the thickness of the fillings is 1.5cm.

The coating thickness is 1cm. The figure shows the illustration pf our product.

Production Process

products to our customers and possible ones through step by step procedure and

Production Process

 Prepare and mixing of crepe mixture and food colorings.

 First we need to prepare our ingredients and start combining the 200

grams of flour and 3 eggs in a large mixing bowl, stir it with your whisk if

you see flour clamps then add the 2 cups of water of water to the mixture

(add another 1 cup of water if needed). We are looking for watery

consistency because we just need a nice thin cover for our Rainbow Roll

Tip: if the stirring method failed strain the mixture with the strainer to

prevent flour clamps. After mixing add few drops of food colorings to the

mixture then stir it.

D. Frying of crepe mixture

 Make your non-stick pan hot then pour the crepe mixture to the pan. If

you see the crepe starting to become dry flip it with the spatula

E. Cutting and washing of vegetables

 Peel the carrot with a peeler or knife then cut it to pieces after you do that

cut into smaller cubes, same goes to the cucumber . Then put it in a bowl
and wash it quick. Its because we don’t wanna drain all of the nutrients

that cucumber has.

F. Frying and Crumbling of siomai

 Make the pan hot then pour the 8 oz of oil. If you see the oil bubbling it’s

time to fry the 8-10 siomai (it depends on the container you use) Tip: Fry

the siomai by batch by batch to make sure they fry evenly. After you fry

the siomai make sure it’s cold enough to touch when you crumble it.

Tip: Use a hand gloves when you’re doing this.

G. Mixing of mayo, cheese and the veggies

 Prepare a big mixing bowl. Then add 1 cup of mayonnaise and 9

tablespoon of Magnolia Cheese in the mixing bowl then stir it, next add

the siomai that we crumble and the veggies that we cut earlier. Mix it well

with a big spoon.

H. Folding and Coating of Rainbow Roll

 Spoon the fillings in the center of the crepe then fold the left and right side

of the unfill crepe and start rolling at the edge of the crepe and use the egg

mixture to secure the Rainbow Roll. Next step prepare 1 egg and 200

grams of bread crumbs for coating. Soak the Rainbow Roll in the egg

mixture and put it in the flour and soak it again in the egg mixture and

put it in the bread crumbs.

The entrepreneurs conducted a three day trial to test their healthy product.

During the trial they set a time to measure the time interval of every procedure of a

product and to know how long to create a product. This procedure is a help to

determine the quantity of the production process of the product for the whole day and

the Morong National High School we will make a small store near the school or if the

Friendly Colors position itself an upscale but have an affordable product. Our

have enough money to buy our product. We produce a healthy product that have an

ingredients of a new and fresh vegetables and we always avoid stacking our ingredients

for too long because we want our ingredients always new.

Our product is specially made for the people who want to satisfy their hunger for a

small amount because everyone don’t have enough money to satisfy their hunger

because sometimes there are people who are buying food for their self despite how

expensive it is but can’t satisfy a hungry tummy. Our Rainbow Roll is just like pizza

role and mango pie but our product is much more tasty because we made a twist on it
because the filling we have is a siomai and have a vegetables that have a healthy

benefits for the body.

“You Deserve a Colorful Life’ it was our tagline that dedicated to the people who have

enough money to satisfy their cravings and hunger and have a delicious meal but have

in an affordable price and to the people who wants their meal a healthy one.

how you can sell, promote your product and service. The application of seven P’s

( product, price, promotion, people, process and physical evidence) would help the
company to gain more customers. This time our company will only focus on six P’s

which our product refers to a good and delicious that our company offers to the

customers. The products needs to meet the needs of a customer to satisfy their cravings.

Price is the cost of the consumer will pay for a product. Place where the company sells

the product to the market, the place where your product should be located is

appropriate for people to know it better and to avoid being lost. Promotions includes

advertising, public relations, and promotional strategy. Promoting a product shows

consumers why they need to have a proper market to have a good business. People

focuses on who are the target consumer of the business and lastly the physical evidence

where you can easily located every floor in the company.

D.1 Product

Friendly Colors offers a delicious and healthy siomai but it’s not an ordinary siomai

that you always eat and see in every mall or in every different place here in the

Philippines but because our siomai, we have use it as a filling and that’s our Rainbow

Roll that have a combination of a sweet and soury calamansi juice.

Furthermore we won’t only focus on siomai as a filling we want more filling in our

product like hotdog, baloney, and ham because we want our customer to enjoy our

product with different filling.

Our Rainbow Roll has it unique appearance and taste because it comes to our own

mind and idea. The product we made will satisfy your hunger and especially your

cravings because its has a big amount of weight and it is also nutritious and delicious
in an affordable price. The filling of our product contains cucumber, carrots,

mayonnaise, cheese, and specially siomai to complete our product the crepe is made out

of flour, eggs, margarine, and food color and for the finishing touch before we put in

the frying pan we put it in the egg and breadcrumbs.

These ingredients we used has a good benefits to our health like protein and

Vitamin A that’s good for our eyes. These product exist because we want to serve our

customer with our product that has a vegetables and a pork siomai that help to balance

their eating diet and to avoid risk of getting illness. Our product can help you satisfied

and feel contented by its affordable price.

D.2 Price

Friendly Colors is selling our product and that’s Rainbow Roll in an affordable price

that everyone can afford to buy it especially to the people who have enough budget to

satisfy their hunger including students. We sells our product only to its original size

because if we make our product bigger the money of other consumer may drain though

a bigger size of a product can really give your tummy a satisfy cravings. Rainbow Roll

will be sold by only Php 15.00 and in this time of the year we will add two more flavors

in the fillings like hotdog with a match of calamansi juice that will be sold Php 5.00

when its in the small cup and Php 10.00 when its in the big cup however there are

consumers who don’t like calamansi juice with their Rainbow Roll based on our survey

so shake is a good pair for our product , the product will be sold based on how big the

cup is: small size Php 10.00, medium size Php 15.00, and large size will be sold for only
Php 20.00. The flavors of the shake will based on what’s available in the store and there

is add on for only Php 5.00.

D.3 Place

Friendly Colors is located at 15 Capt. Natividad St. Brgy. San Pedro

Morong,Rizal near the town plaza of Morong so here we thought to build it because

Morong Plaza is one of those places where students often hangout and sometimes there

are events or programs that held here that’s why we build it here because we knew our

product would sell here because if there are events gathered there many people

looking for snack that is affordable that fit to their budget and to satisfy their hunger.

We will also build a stall near in Morong National High School to be

more accessible for the students who want to buy our product.

Our place can be reached in just 4 minutes and its 4.6 kilometers far

from Morong National High School. If you are from distant place like Binangonan,Rizal

it will only take 20 minutes or 8.6 kilometers before you reach our place. Our business

will start operating from eight in the morning until eight in the evening and we will

adjust our working hours if there is a big event in the Morong Plaza and we only

operate just Monday to Saturday.

a free taste to be able to know our product by everyone and to know what were gonna

do to improve it to be able to buy it in the market. We promote our product by posting

an infomercial in the YouTube as well in the Facebook, as we post our product in social
media we show there what are the benefits of our product to the buyers who will taste

or eat it.

Our product may be new but we can assure you that our product is

delicious and nutritious. We will further introduce our product by offering flyers, our

flyers will captures the buyers attention, our flyers makes a statement with a negotiable

headline to get the person’s attention who wants to buy our product. We also have a

website where our buyers can contact us thru phone and internet, our website is

www.friendlycolors.com. in that site you can sign in and you can also see our telephone

number in there.

Our product will be known by the help of our buyers by telling their

friends, family or even their love ones of our product. We will also make a promo to the

first five buyers on every end of the month. We also guarantee you our dear customers

by the cleanliness of or product and how it can satisfy your cravings and hunger.

Friendly Colors packaging is a environmental friendly, just how we

wanted liked others do because nowadays there are people who are not putting their

own garbage in the trashcan their just throwing it on the floor or road so our packaging

is made out of paper and not plastic because plastic is one of the reason why we

experienced flood, so we avoid in using a plastic.

of the teachers specially the students love to each delicious snack that can satisfy their

cravings with just an affordable price. They can eat our delicious Rainbow Roll while

doing their paper works and projects to help them to finish it because doing a project
with a satisfy tummy you can work fast but with assurance and our product also help

students to avoid being stress or it can help as a stressor because food is the best

companion when you are stress.

Other than that our company will not only focus on the satisfaction of

the students and the teachers but also to the employed workers and non-workers such

as tricycle driver, security guard, nurse office employees, call center agents, to moms

and dads, to the elderly and kids, commuters and even to the so called “tambay”. In

short Friendly Colors will not only focused on one or two consumers but it is for

everyone who wants to buy our delicious product and that is Rainbow Roll snack at the

affordable price and we assure you that our company will provide a good-quality and

delicious food for you.

D.7 Physical Evidence

Upon arriving at our place you will see a colorful and lively building

and it also have bench for the customers who are waiting for someone and for the

people who are waiting for a tricycle. You will also notice the cute design and a hanging

plants on the outside of our stores to attract more buyers and we also have a chairs and

tables on the outside for the customers who want to eat outside or for the customers

who want to be alone and wants fresh air because we have a small flower garden on the
front side of our shop and also in the side because we want for our customers to have

good time while they stay in our shop and we also love’s trees. For the customers who

have their own car, motorcycle and tricycle you don’t have to worry because we have a

large parking lot to accommodate all the vehicles and you don’t have to worry because

even our parking lot is surrounded by trees it also have a light that is hanging on the

trees and a security camera for the safety of your vechile.

When you step inside of our shop you will be welcome by a colorful

room with a lively plants. We also have different designated place for our customers,

we have a kitchen bar counter for the people who are only eating their breakfast and

two chair in one table for the people who are dating or for the people who wants to be

alone and not want to bother them by someone but we will give them a stuff-toy to

accompany them while eating, we also have a long table for the people who have their

friends with them or even the whole family. We also have a peaceful place for the

people who wants to study in our shop and in the near future we can guarantee to our

customers who wants to read books and we can make our shop a free wifi for our

customers specially to the customers who are studying. We also have a place for the

kids who want to play because we displayed our stuff toy in our shop so the children

can play with it. We also have a three but small bathroom one for the ladies, one for the

boys, and the one for the homosexual because we want our every customer feel comfort

while staying in our shop because “YOU DESERVE A COLORFUL LIFE”.

In the right side of the comfort room you will notice that it have a

double door that will lead you to the kitchen where the magic begins.

Monzales is a partnership company whereas two or more persons bind to contribute

money to operate the business and to keep it going or common fund, with the intention

of dividing the profit. It also contribute complex ideas by giving opinion by the help of

each other and it also help when problems arise because you have a partner that is
willing to help you and give advice to overcome the problem and to make it more better

and they also sharing their experience on how to handle problems and how to be ready

when it arise.

In partnership loyalty and trust are the main asset. It al started 3 years

ago, Angelo Velasco which is the C.E.O of our today’s company came up with the idea

of starting up a business that is line up in the food industry because he have a soft side

to foods because food helps when he is stress in something, and he knows that food is

everyone’s possession and everyone’s love food, who wouldn’t love it?, and now the

company is blooming than ever. Years pass by and the company had enough members

for both top and production management but of course we need lots of people to make

our operation and goals possible.

Sadly to say Friendly Colors are not big enough and well-known

company to conquer the world, we have lots of debts to pay. That’s why we always

C. Job Description and Function


CEO are the highest-ranking executive at a company. They make major corporate

decisions, manage the company’s overall resources and operations, and communicate

with the board of directors, management team, and corporate operations.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will optimize our company’s operating capabilities,

employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives.

The COO will assist in compiling the company’s budget and employ strategies to

safeguard assets and stock.

The President is tasked with providing strong leadership for the company by working

with the board and other executives to establish short and long-term goals, plans, and

strategies. The president will make sure departments meet their individual goals and

are responsible for overall accountability to shareholders and the general public.

Company’s Secretary are a manager’s and company executive right hand. In general,

company secretary wear the hats of receptionist, typist, file and data manager, budget,

travel and meeting coordinator, and general office clerk simultaneously.

A Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer

behavior and trends and generate creative ideas. A Marketing Specialist should also be

well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, priciples and tactics.

The Finance Officer involves in providing financial and administrative support to

colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business. A Finance Officer should be

focused on the outcomes, excellent problem solvers and strong communicators.


Production Head/Managers are responsible for planning production schedules and

ensuring that the production process is carried out within budget on time.

The Chief Administrative(CAO) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations

of a company and is in charge of specific departments (such as finance, HR and sales),

reporting directly to the CEO and board of directors

Accountants help business make financial decisions by collecting, tracking, correcting,
