people to feel less cranky or have fewer mood swings by keeping their blood sugar levels

stable. Donuts are among the sweet snacks, and almost everyone loves to eat them. Anyone

with a sweet tooth would find it difficult to say no to eat these sugary foods. Since food is a

wonderful tool to evoke memories of the past, Doughlicious Donut is the ideal snack to address

as a mouthwatering cuisine that fits their drooling and delivers a delightful flavor.

A. NAME OF THE FIRM

The stakeholders named the firm "Doughlicious Donut". It is a simple name that can

easily describe our donut product which is made up of dough and mixture of delicious sweets

that comes up to the name and its origin made by a captain who wants to feed his sailors

starting with dough and come up with a flat donut. Basically, donut is a food comfort of the World

wars and it can also be comfort food for everyone thus our company has made it 99.999%

quality donut and economically value friendly which makes everyone happy.
B. BUSINESS LOGO

The design of our logo helps the customers to be informed and tie together the rest of

our branding strategy. When we create our logo, we’ll do so with a deep understanding of the

personality and message we want to convey. These same details will inform everything from

web design to color choices. Pink is a striking color choice and regarded as a "fun" color that is

associated with playfulness. Some white letterings evoke thoughts of sweetness and sugar. This

logo serves as the face of our business and help our audience to recognize who we are and

what we stand for.

Our well-designed logo can offer substantial benefits to brands. It can help pique the

interest of consumers, differentiate brands from competitors, facilitate brand recognition,

influence investors' decisions, and convey what a brand is all about. Our effective logo will

strengthen the recall value for our brand because it is very important to be remembered to thrive

amidst the highly competitive nature of the industry.


C. LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS

Doughlicious Donut will be located at the Data Center College of the Philippines. This would be

a great place for the business since there is a lot of student craving for donuts. Aside from that,

it is very accessible since it is only located at school campus.

D. TYPE OF OWNERSHIP

The organization of Doughlicious Donut as a general partnership entailed equal capital

contributions from each partner, resulting in equal liability for partnership obligations to the

extent of each partner’s personal assets. Each partner will receive an equal share in profits and

losses. Each partner will be obliged to participate in carrying out tasks, which will make

management of the company easier.

Doughlicious Donut is collaborating with a neighborhood food bank or homeless shelter

to donate leftover goods because it can benefit the environment and the community. The

company may assist reduce food waste and lessen its environmental impact by reusing unsold

goods that would otherwise go to waste. Unsold donuts can also be donated to a nearby food

bank or homeless shelter to benefit the community and show how committed the company is to

social responsibility. The company can significantly improve people's lives by giving meals to

those in need.

SAFEGUARDING THE ENVIRONMENT

Doughlicious Donut works towards creating safe green spaces through high rate

plantations. This is to ensure environmental sustainability and enrichment of the ecosystem.

Doughlicious Donut works towards establishing the green supply chain, we ensures that no

green spaces are destroyed for its business and production purposes, and also works towards

creating healthy green spaces through numerous plantations.

ECONOMICAL ACTIVITIES

The firm set a side cleaning activities, but starts with product packagings which

decreases waste materials, we use paper bags which are high tech that dissolves with water

within 24 hours by these no more packagings will be littered on the streets by purpose.
WORKER AND SOCIAL FRIENDLY

Troughout the growing company we make a budget per annum and monthly arrangements if the

company earns more than 10% of last years income we make the 8% profit to create

beneficiaries for charities that helps the poor grow their own survival plan these consist of how

to grow money and earn money with the budget they have receive. The 2% of our income goes

to the workers which grows and will be their incentives for the year which adds up to their 13th

month pay.
