EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Empanada, a baked or fried pastry
stuffed with any of a variety of fillings,
such as meat, cheese, vegetables,
fruits, and other ingredients.
Empanadas can be found around the
world, especially in Latin America,
Spain, and Portugal. They are made by
folding a sheet of dough over the
filling and sealing it before cooking.
The origin of the empanada is
uncertain. The name, however, comes
from the Spanish word empanar,
which means “to roll or cover.”
Empanada is made by folding a dough
or bread patty around the stuffing.

Most people like empanada

because it is suitable for their taste
and can be eaten as a side dish. But,
the product we made can try and like
it fits your taste, it is different from
the empanada you have known or
tasted. Our group came up with a new
product idea that students and
teachers might like. This product is
serve with our own main ingredient
“remas” alongside with ground pork,
and vegetables. This dish can be
serve as appetizer, main course or
snack, and it can overcome hunger.
Empanada is a popular food because it
is delicious and affordable to buy. We
hope that students and teachers will
like our own product this is not just
affordable to buy but we assure that
this product is clean, and fits your
taste and make your cravings
satisfied.
 In business we cannot avoid
competitors like our classmates who
are also doing this performance task,
the other students from Sorsogon
National High School who have small
business like ours. Also, the school
canteen. But, our management team
and their prior experience can
overcome this challenges. We have
our manager that manages our
business if it is running good, we have
a cook who makes sure our product is
clean and delicious, we have sellers
that have respect and trustworthy and
can entertain your questions about
our products. Lastly, our financial
output and input. We calculate what
the needs of our product, and it turns
out that we don’t need to invest a lot
and we are sure to make a profit. We
will invest Php 500.00 on this
product, and we expect a profit.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

Potato Rolls are pillowy soft,

chewy, and buttery. The mashed
potatoes make the rolls melt-in-your-
mouth delicious! Potato Rolls are a
new twist on a favorite Dinner Roll.
They are simple and delicious and
sure to be a big hit at your next snack.
Mashed potatoes give it a soft and
sweeter taste and texture than other
potato rolls products. Oh my yes are
these rolls good! They are dense yet
tender, moist but not at all heavy.
These are the perfect soft for
everyday diets or as a snacks. This
products contains pure potatoes, and
different type of feelings.

Our product will be sell inside the

school campus, we won’t do a branch
out to avoid conflicts. The teachers
and the students of Sorsogon National
High School are the primary target
consumers. Our product will satisfy
our costumers due to its unique way
and selling strategies. The students
and teachers who takes the afternoon
shift classes will surely amaze and
satisfy to our product.

In business we can’t avoid

competitors like small businesses,
other students that also selling their
products all around the school
campus. But, our group will make sure
to deliver a delicious and good quality
product that will satisfy your cravings.
From the manager, cook, and seller,
we asure you clean and delicious
products that will overcome your
hunger. The financial outlook on this
product base on the computation of
ingredients and other needs, we will
invest a Php300.00 on this product
and rooting for a quite higher profit.
