To: Cabuyao Federation for Persons with Disabilities

Dear President Punongbayan,

With humility and gratitude, I thank the Federation for allowing me to serve people with
disabilities in Barangay Mamatid in the City of Cabuyao, Laguna, as President of the PWD
Federation of Barangay Mamatid, it is comforting to have the support from the Cabuyao
Federation of Persons with Disabilities and our Barangay Chairwoman in our Organization.
Naturally, I was sad to leave the organization that had been my family for eight months.
However, fulfilling the responsibilities in our barangay is a challenge where I will need more
support and deep understanding for me to fulfill my duty I am resigning as Barangay PWD
President I hope you understand my decision.
