hereby warrants the peaceful possession and ownership of the Vendee,
his heirs or assigns and the Vendor warrants that she shall forever
defend the Vendee, his heirs or assigns from any claim of any person or
entity whomsoever relative to the right of ownership and lawful
possession of the aforesaid motor vehicle.
