After collecting the cylinder sample from site,

we make capping & rearrange for curing in laboratory. Compressive strength result discrepancy was happened due to specific cylinder was
mixed with another concrete grade cylinder in our laboratory. Another root cause is that improperly cylinder making, this problem make the
discrepancy in cylinder compressive strength result. This type of problem actually happened unfortunately& unexpectedly. To avoid this type
of problem we trained our laboratory people to make more& more skilled. And we have build up more sincerity& attention among us to make
cylinder as properly & continuously we should have to rearrange our cylinder sample correctly in laboratory for curing with twice or thrice
time cross checking to get the expected consistency in cylinder compressive strength result. And We have made sure in future nothing will
be happened again as like as this kind of incident.
