Moor town Sport and leisure Centre (MSLC) provides a valuable opportunity for the community to
participate in sports, leisure, and recreation. Recently the organization has conducted research to
identify how well it is meeting the needs of the local community and find opportunities in which
it can provide better services to the residents the Moor town. The research interviewed many of
the organizations stakeholder’s facilities the most. The research was conducted by Workplace
Solution Agency and the results of the MSLC. This report will build off of this research by
analyzing the poor performance of the sky performance, also report all about MSLC performance.
In report, we record all the information about the moor town Centre, operational structure of
this center, problem which faced by this center, solution or suggestion or recommendation to
Moor town Centre and suitable marketing and promotional structure to be used for Moor town

Introduction
This is written on 12 Oct 2017 which is based on survey about hoe Moor town Sports and leisure
Centre operate with the help from clients, committee members’
Observation, by interview with the staff who work in Centre, survey and feedback from collected
from residence and consultation with key stakeholders to analyses, generate ideas, research and
plan to improve our Centre and make it better for all.
Moor town sports and leisure Centre is legally have licensed but unfortunately they are 65% of
community are unaware of any program that Centre provided,35% are aware of two or fewer
programs and only 5 % are ware of more than two programs. There are 13 clubs which are using
this centre but only 2 % of residents of moor town use this centre. The 12 clubs are :

Admin Department is the head of Moor town Sport & Leisure centre and responsible for
Transport, . general discipline and finance depart. Of centre

Management is responsible to manage and oranise all the events which are held in centre, it’s
also manage security of club.

Security of centre and members in most important so the security department always alert and
ready for any emergency assistance.

There are more than 10 clubs every club have their owner which irresponsible for club operational
system.
Communication
Moor town sport & Leisure Centre has a strong communication system but still some problem
occur in peak times. Centre massage book is only the source of communication in the centre
which cause of double booking and missed booking, all clubs should update their data in online
system and connect via the entire centre with online system. It is better and easy way of
communication

Introduction
This report is containing marketing and promotions of sport centre, operational structure
of centre and some recommendations. By writing the report, we are taking survey from
all the possible ways to grab the possible outcome about this centre and yet success to
find out too much of new information about Moor town sport and leisure centre. All the
important information that found will be added into third report to make this centre more
successful and useful all peoples.

Conclusions
All booking e.g crèche rooms for hire and courts are done by hand in separate records books in
various areas, then put together into one book where the cash in paid weekly in caused a lot of
double booking and missed booking. The meeting management and staff not done on regular
basis and yet this is also caused of miss-management and problems in centre.
Recommendation
After getting survey and writing this report I understand the condition of centre and problems of
this centre. I recommend some point which are hopefully in favor of Moor town Centre and help
to make it best of all
Moor town sports and leisure centre need to cancel all contracts and leases which are done in
past and make new contracts for all clubs according to the present condition of this centre
Moor town centre need to make online computerized data record which really help full to stop
double booking missed booking.
Centre has to set up a communication system better with the wireless network.
No way procedure and booking dome with hand to hand. Must be recorded in online
computer data
Centre need more advertising to promote its clubs. Have to start some advertising camping for
it
