1. A moment in my life wherein I can apply the concept of true and false selves was the time I was trying
to be rebellious, I was always out of the house drinking with friends but in reality I was just trying to fit
in. Deep inside I was always a mama’s boy, I still am. I saw all the wrong that all my “friends” were
doing but I choose to participate in those activities. In the end I left and went back to my normal old self
and has been staying at home for the past month.

2. The ideals that I can apply as a Bedan is that living a balanced life can go a long way, I must balance
work and pray and must be part of my routine also to save my mental health. Accepting that everything
in life is inevitable and that change is a constant part of our lives. As a new dweller here in San Beda I
can say that prayer has been a motivating factor that helps me work with current tasks. I try to help my
classmates as much as I can but also do things differently than a normal person would do.
