INGREDIENTS

500 grams chicken pieces

1 tsp salt

½ tsp cracked black pepper

1 tbsp cooking oil

¼ cup crushed garlic

½ cup water

½ cup vinegar

½ cup soy sauce

1 tbsp liquid seasoning

2 pieces bay leaf

2 tsp peppercorns

4 tbsp Angel Kremdensada

1. Marinate chicken pieces in salt and pepper. Cover and set aside for
30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a medium size skillet. Lightly brown chicken pieces. Drain
excess oil in a paper towel.
3. Using the same oil, add garlic, water, vinegar, soy sauce, liquid
seasoning bay leaf and peppercorns. Add chicken.
4. Turn heat into medium and slowly simmer for 25 – 30 minutes or
until chicken is fully cooked and tender.
5. Stir in Angel Kremdensada. Bring to a quick boil. Turn off heat. Best
serve with hot rice.
