INTRODUCTION
A “Marriage” is the legally or formally recognized union of two people; a man and
woman as partners in a personal relationship meanwhile, a “Divorce” is the process of
terminating a marriage or marital union.
Divorce usually entails the canceling or reorganizing of the legal duties and
responsibilities of marriage, thus dissolving the bonds of matrimony between a married couple
under the rule of law of the particular country or state.
Across the world we see numerous marriages mostly amongst young people or young
adults and subsequently their dissolution or a divorce occurs. This S.B.A focuses on those two
terms – “Marriage and Divorce” and their contributing factors among other details associated.
