Electronic Delivery Agreement

Electronic delivery refers to using a digital information processing system to send


various documents containing matters that bitFlyer, Inc. (hereafter, the “Company”) is
obligated by laws and ordinances to send to customers over electronic
telecommunication lines that connect computers (hereafter, “computers” includes
personal computers, mobile devices, etc.) that are in use by the Company to
computers in use by customers.

I have read, understood, and agree to the following details regarding the
electronic delivery of documents.

1. Documents subject to electronic delivery


Documents subject to electronic delivery refers to various reports, etc. (hereafter
“Deliverable Documents”) delivered by the Company through the Company’s
website, etc. as required by regulations in the Payment Services Act, Cabinet Office
Order on Crypto-Asset Exchange Service Providers, Financial Instruments and
Exchange Act, Cabinet Office Order on Financial Instruments Business, and Japan
Virtual and Crypto Assets Exchange Association (will be renamed to the Japan
Crypto Asset Trading Association as of May 1) in addition to documents determined
to be Deliverable Documents by the Company.

2. Methods of electronic delivery


1) The Company shall perform electronic deliveries using the following method.

i. The Company shall offer Deliverable Documents on the Company’s website


in a manner where the Deliverable Documents can be read by customers. The
customer may save the Deliverable Document on the customer’s computer.
ii. The Company shall send Deliverable Documents to the customers’
computers through email, and the customer may save the Deliverable
Document on the customer’s computer.
2) Regarding the details of the Deliverable Documents, the Company may, upon
determining that there is no risk of disruption, post the details of changes to
the Deliverable Documents in advance on the Company’s website or through
email to customers who have agreed to electronic delivery. The details of the
changes to the shall be made clear to the customers. The details of
Deliverable Documents may be changed without obtaining the customers’
permission in advance.

3. Disclaimers
1) The Company’s services are not available to customers who do not agree to
Deliverable Documents.
2) When the Company sends a notification regarding the Company’s services to
a customer’s registered home or office address, or registered email address, if
the notification is delayed or not delivered due to the customer’s change of
address, absence, or any other reason attributable to the customer, the
notification shall be treated as if the notification had arrived at the expected
time.

3) Even if the customer has agreed to electronic delivery, if, due to changes in
laws and ordinances, receiving directions of regulatory authorities, or any
other reason, or if the Company determines that sending information that
would normally be contained in Deliverable Documents must be sent on paper
media instead of electronic delivery, the Company shall deliver the
corresponding information on paper media and not through electronic delivery.
4) In the event of the following, the Company shall not be responsible for any
losses incurred by customers.

i. Losses incurred by a failure to deliver Deliverable Documents due to defects


or malfunctions in communication equipment, communication lines, computers
or other system equipment, or information transmission systems, etc.
ii. Losses incurred due to a delay or inability to deliver Deliverable Documents
due to a natural disaster, political disturbance, strike, or any unavoidable
circumstance that prevents or hinders the sending or receiving of Deliverable
Documents.
