Subj: Discussion on expanding the scope of Project for tablet roll out

Dear Alex,

I hope this email finds you well.

Firstly, thank you so much for your assistance in the project so far! Your expertise is much
appreciated

Referring to our discussion, I have summarized the pointers for your reference. As discussed
in the forum, it is risky to start the pilot as proposed by Omar. For the same, a meeting shall
be scheduled with Omar and Deanna to explain the conclusion.

As per my experience, a sudden increase in the scope of the pilot or the project may lead to
higher costs and may affect the quality of the project. It may increase the revenue but the
results shall be best in a phased manner. The timelines and the resources deployed at the
moment may not serve the expanded roll out. All this may put the entire project at risk.

It shall be helpful if we can come up with a plan together for the expansion in a sustainable
phased manner. Here your expertise and experience shall be much required as you know the
business and have worked on projects before.

Thank you!
Best regards,
Peta

Subj: Project expansion feasibility

Dear Seydou

I hope this email finds you well.

Referring to our discussion, I have summarised the pointers for your reference. As discussed
in the forum, it is risky to start the pilot as proposed by Omar. For the same, a meeting shall
be scheduled with Omar and Deanna to explain the conclusion.

I agree with your opinion that rolling out on just the bars will be less risky. I believe that your
expertise and observations as a restaurant consultant will provide broad evidence to help in
deciding whether to push through or back with this request.

I also believe that we have to limit the rollout to the bar only for our pilot implementation.

I would like to request for your support in convincing Omar and Deanna to push back the
request so we can keep the project within budget and timeline.

As per our previous meeting, we learned of Omar's request to expand the tablet rollout to
include all of the restaurant dining sections, and not just the bar area.

We discuss the same further on a call, if required. Looking forward for your support.

Thanks and regards,

Peta
