Run a system test to check the lubrication system's function or to obtain extra greasing, e.g., after washing.
The test button used to start a system test is located on the front of the pump unit.
A test cycle can only be run when the pump is between two ordinary lubrication cycles (not during an ongoing lubrication cycle).
There are two types of test cycle
Single test lubrication cycle
The pump runs one lubrication cycle, through only one main line.

Turn the start key to position 1.
Press in the test button for approx. 2-6 seconds.
The lubrication cycle starts, and during the whole test cycle the control light will flash (2 sec on /2 sec off) to indicate that the
function is activated.
The test cycle ends automatically.
NOTE!
If a single test lubrication cycle is used after washing greasing of main line channel A must be completed and then, without
turning the start key to position 0, press in the test button one more time to obtain lubrication in channel B.

Continuous test lubrication cycle

The pump runs an unlimited number of pump phases and continuously pumps out lubricants alternating between the main
line's channel A and channel B.
Turn the start key to position 1.
Press in the test button for more than 6 seconds (the control light will flash 0.2 sec on/0.2 sec off during the whole test cycle to
indicate that the function is activated).
The lubrication system starts a lubrication cycle via main line A, which then is followed by a lubrication cycle via main line B, and
so on.
If a problem occurs during the on-going test cycle an error code will be shown after the test cycle is finished. See Signal codes.
The test cycle does not end automatically.
End the test cycle by turning the start key to position 0.
