Activity 3.2
 I experienced levels of self-talk where there was a bigger influence on the way I see
myself and the things around me, than I realized. It’s not uncommon for me to keep a
running dialogue inside my head. This dialogue range from giving myself instructions
while I carry out a task, random observations about a situation. There’s also a times
where there is a situation like I got a lower scored than I expected in a long test. So I feel
like I’m dumb like that and failure. But now instead of thinking negative thoughts I make
a plan where I start making a list of things I like to do and I spend time with the people
who make me happy and I don’t waste my time on people who don’t treat me well.
Sometimes even though its tough, I focus on positive things.
