Voltage Divider Rule
•  The basic format for the voltage divider rule in AC circuit
is exactly the same as that for the DC circuit :

Where ​𝑉↓𝑥  is the voltage across one more elements in


series that have total impedance ​𝑍↓𝑥 , 𝐸 is the total
voltage appearing across the series circuit, and ​𝑍↓𝑇  is
the total impedance of the series circuit

of the induktor and the capacitor

be found using Ohm’s law.
