Today our team leader ask us some question related to the case. This questions I think may help

us to understand more about the case. Since we didn’t experience it on hand I think that this

activity that we do this day can help us. I think we need to read more so that in the future we

avoid to do errors. I think I learn many things today from my clinical instructor, team leader and

to my fellow student. The lesson that I remember the most is that when making Nurse Care Plan

on patient, using “Impaired Gas Exchange” needs to have data about ABG of the patient. I still

didn’t know that but as my clinical instructor said we need to be more knowledgeable since we

will soon be a team leader and we need to provide lessons or tips for our fellow member of the

group

On term of skills, I think we all are lacking since we didn’t have experience on it. The skills that

we may acquire in this set-up is that we may improve our skills on using computer and it may

help us since nurse also use computer on gathering data, storing data and many more. However,

when it comes on skills on procedure I think that I am lacking on it since I didn’t experience it.
