Sita Resorts, Manesar with reference to your enquiry dated September 1, 2020 thanks you for
considering us for your director conclave. We will feel elated to be the host for such a prestigious
organization on the date slots you asked for. 
As per your requirements, we have the following facilities available  
 we have a separate conference room with seating capacity of up to 50 people. 
 conference room is facilitated with video capabilities and an Oval seating arrangement. 
 our resort is backed by 24/7 available Internet connectivity. 
 The conference room is sound and noise proof to provide you an uninterrupted
conference.  
We have 20 single bedrooms which all comes under super deluxe category and 30 double
bedroom accommodations which also fall under the same category. The cost off single bedroom
accommodation is 4000 per day and for double accommodation it would be 6000 per day.
Included in the price is complimentary breakfast but to you we will also provide lunch and
dinner, which our chefs are famous for. Along with the meal facility we will also provide you the
resort’s chauffer without any additional charges. The detailed accommodation price breakdown
file will be attached below.  
For your entertainment we have customized entertainment packages for sightseeing and
exploring Manesar as the beauty it is. As you've mentioned this is the meeting of directors so we
can also arrange for heritage exploration separately. These entertainment packages can be
customized according to your needs and desires. Please find attached with the Mail a detailed
brochure on the same. 
We are hosting an event on September 15 2020 for another organization so I invite you please
join us on the day and have a look add the wonderful preparations that we make and the delicious
food that chefs are renowned for. 
The prices can be further negotiated at the time of finalizing the deal.
