*Compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner (31st Dec) supplement INR 8500 + 27.50% Taxes per person.

NOTE: Booking made during Christmas and New Year supplement will be supported by hotel voucher /
Advance payment. Hotel will not responsible for collection of payment from the Guest directly on account
of Dinner Supplement.
We request you to read the below mentioned Terms & Conditions of this contract.

 Contract rates not applicable to B2B Sales, ONLINE PROMOTION, Online Bookings, Weddings and Events.
 The above mentioned per night rates are Non-commissionable and including GST.
 No extra charge will be levied if child aged up-to 6 years and sharing parent’s bed.
 Child Policy: For Children above 12 years of age, charges will be levied for an Extra bed @ INR 1500
CP + 18% GST CPAI between 01st April 2022 and 30th September 2022 and INR 3000 CP + 18% GST
between 01st October 2022 and 31st March 2023. The same charges will be applicable for Children aged
above 6 years opting for an Extra Bed.
 Breakfast supplement of INR 900 incl. taxes if child is between 6 years up-to 12 years of age if sharing
parent’s bed and should there be no extra bed required.
 Please note, only one Extra Bed is allowed in a room.
 Extra Bed is not allowed in Vintage Suite.

 Special Meal Rates for FIT/GIT (Resident Guests) from 01st Oct’22 till 31st March 2023.
 Lunch (Buffet/Fixed Menu) : INR 1500 + 18% GST Per Person
 Dinner (Buffet/Fixed Menu) : INR 1500 + 18% GST Per Person

 Special Meal Rates for FIT/GIT (Resident Guests) from 01st Apr’22 till 30th Sept’22
 Lunch (Buffet/Fixed Menu) : INR 1300 + 18% GST Per Person
 Dinner (Buffet/Fixed Menu) : INR 1300 + 18% GST Per Person

 Special Lunch / Dinner at “Dhani” an Ethnic Jodhpur Village Theme Restaurant:

INR 1800 + 18% GST for Vegetarian and INR 2200 + 18% GST for Non-vegetarian Dinner, per Pax.
Lunch/Dinner at Dhani is inclusive of 2 starters also.
 Day-use Room is from 9 AM hours till 4 PM. (25% Discount on Contract Rates)
 Wash & Change Rooms would be for 04 hours. (50% Discount on Contract Rates)

Child policy for Christmas Eve & New Year Eve Gala Dinner:

 No extra charge will be levied for Gala Dinner if child is aged up-to 6 years.
 Charge will be levied 50%, for Gala Dinner if child is less than 7 to 15 years of age.
 Charge will be levied 100%, for Gala Dinner if child is above 16 to 18 years of age.

Tour Leader Policy

11-14 paying pax 50% discount to the Tour Leader on room on CP basis
15-29 paying pax 01 Tour Leader complimentary on plan
30-45 paying pax 02 Tour Leaders complimentary on plan in a Twin-Bed room
No-Show and Cancellation Policy:
 In case of a No-Show, 100% retention will be charged.
 50% cancellation charge would apply if cancelled < 30 Days & >15 days prior to arrival date.
 100% cancellation charge would apply if cancelled < 15 Days prior to arrival date.
 The Hotel may release the Booking 45 Days before the Arrival Date in case the booking is not supported
by Voucher / Advance as per contract.
 The Hotel reserves the right to release the Booking 90 days before the Arrival Date by giving a written
intimation.
 Amendments in confirmed booking would be accepted in case the rooms are available during the new
required dates else cancellation rules apply.
 Rates are applicable for Inbound Leisure and not applicable for hosting Conferences; Events; Weddings,
Domestic and Corporate booking.

Payment Terms & Conditions

 100% advance payment required for booking confirmation either through at Par Cheque or DD in
favor of “Ajit Bhawan” payable at Jodhpur, Rajasthan; Payment could also be transferred through
NEFT/RTGS.
 All reservation must be prepaid in advance as per time duration mentioned during reservation.
 Credit contract is determined vide a separate credit contract authorised by the Unit Financial
Controller and General Manager.

Please note that, we always try to accommodate your Guest who is originally booked in Deluxe room,
however, on certain peak dates & extreme compelling situations, we might allocate a Luxury Tent instead of
Deluxe room. The pricing, facilities & amenities are the same for both the room categories.

Important feature of Luxury Tent

The difference between a Deluxe Room and Luxury Tent is that the Roof is given the shape of Water & Heat
proof Canopy which gives a feel of Tent otherwise the four Walls are made of Concrete, Wooden Floor,
proper Bath Tub/Shower with modern Bathroom Gadgets viz., Air-conditioner, LED TV, Electronic Safe,
Mini BAR, Tea/coffee maker and most importantly the main Door (Wooden Door) is lockable alike normal
Rooms.
Important Note: Any additional taxes imposed by Government of India will be charged extra.
