Undertaking by the Candidate

 
1. That, I am well aware of the Fee Structure and waiver applicable at the Institute which I have been admitted finally.
2. I will complete all the admission formalities and will pay the remaining fee (if any) as given on admitting Institute website during 16th to 21st November, 2020.
3. I will abide by the rules and regulations of the finally admitting Institute.
4. I understand that it is my sole responsibility to produce the original documents as verified during the JoSAA Rounds to the admitting Institute whenever being asked.
5. In case, if the information/document submitted by me is found to be incorrect, false or fraudulent at any stage during my duration of the programme, the admission will be cancelled.
6. In case, I do not join the finally Allotted Institute, the FEE refund (if permissible) will be governed by Finally Allotted Institute rules.
7. I am aware that there are some restrictions in certain courses. If I fail to satisfy those restrictions, the Institution has right to cancel my admission to the course.
8. IN CASE, if I participate in CSAB-2020 special round then I understand that
    a. I need to do Fresh registration on CSAB-2020 Portal during 17th to 19th November, 2020.
    b. I have to pay participation FEE for CSAB Special Rounds.
    c. I need to fill the fresh choices for CSAB Special Rounds.
    d. If a new seat is allotted in CSAB Special rounds then I SHALL HAVE NO CLAIM on the previously SECURED seat in JoSAA rounds.
    e. I will complete the admission formalities and will pay the remaining fee (if any) after completion of the CSAB-2020 special round at my finally allotted institution during 25th – 30th November, 2020.
    f. I have read the CSAB-2020 Special Round Information Brochure thoroughly and shall be bound by the rules of CSAB-2020 Special Round.
