I wish to donate using the Child Love Foundation website as I cannot visit Indonesia
during these times of COVID around the world.

I confirm that I will be using my Visa debit card to make a donation to the Child Love

I wish to donate US$3 million to the Child Love Foundation using the 2D feature of
the Child Love Foundation website.

I hereby verify my intention is genuine and I undertake that I will not try to cancel
this donation at a later date, nor will I ask my bank to initiate a charge back for this
transaction at any time in the future.

I authorise Child Love Foundation to proceed with this US$3 million donation using
my above stated Visa debit card.
