CHECKLIST/ACTIVITIES FOR PREPARATION OF OPENING OF PLANTS AFTER LOC

8 Video message from senior management to be prepared and shared for motivation of employees.

Recognition of team who stayed in plant during lockdown by Plant Head with display at

If any contractual employees is not joining within eight days from the date of opening than his/her
12 name can be struck off from the muster roll and replacement to be arranged. ( Briefing to all
Contractors)
In case of partial working, decision related to leaves of employees who will not report for duty.

restricted to enter the company (allowed at designated room only)

Self-declaration by visitors before allowing urgent visit (To track where they have been during

quarantine... if they are travelling from affected areas in last 14 days, not allowed to enter plant)

100% screening (for temp or any symptoms) of all visitors including customers, personal drivers,
13 transport drivers, cleaners, supplier, government officials etc. at gate is mandatory subject to
permission of Plant Head
Washing of shoes while entering in the plant - a tray with mix of disinfectants in water to be placed at

entrance
15 Advisory issued to Suppliers to be followed upon.
D Canteen & Pantry Management
Re-arrange seating system in canteen & Tea break areas to ensure social distancing requirement of

1 meter

2 Additional batches to be made so that people come in smaller numbers at the canteen.

3 Reduce lunch time to 20 minutes (in canteen) to allow more batches in a day
All Employees who carry lunch from home will be allowed to take lunch at their Work- Stations / Tea

5 Keep all doors and windows open for natural ventilation.
6 Separate entry and exit in canteen (wherever possible)
7 Disposable utensils to be used for tea & snacks.
8 All wash basins at canteen must be equipped with sufficient number of Hand Wash of good Quality.

10 All Canteen staff must be fully healthy. Daily monitoring of body temperature.
11 Canteen Staff must wear all required PPE such as Gloves, Masks, Cap etc.
All items including plates & spoons to be served by Canteen staff only. Employees should not touch

anything at the counter. Additional volunteers from the Plant
13 Service of Food to be done only by Canteen staff / Volunteers with full PPEs.
Social distancing marking should be marked at all counters so that people stand at a distance of

minimum one meter.
15 Self service of Saunf / Mouth fresheners not allowed in canteen.

16 All Utensils to be treated with Potassium per magnate solution before use. ( KMnO4)
17 Ample number of volunteers must support Canteen during the Lunch / Dinner Timings.
18 Green Cut salad to be avoided during the initial period as it may trigger some type of infection.
Instead, Lemon and Green Chilles must be provided as a source of Vitamin C enabling immunity

boosting.
Tables and Chairs must be washed / wiped with dis-infectant solution every time a person finishes his

/ her meal.

18 Temporary partitions with polythene between work stations to maintain safe distance.

Approaching all the sarpanches of near by villages to help in maintaining social distances, usage of
