Analysis, Binary Logistic Regression, and the Tests of Models are also given emphasis in this
course. Analysis of data will be done using SPSS software application, hence students are
required to submit data analysis output utilizing software application – SPSS at the end of the term.
Course Objectives:
1. review some basic statistical concepts;
2. acquire a sound theoretical knowledge of statistics;
3. gain access on the statistical background so that techniques can be used appropriately for any
experimental endeavor;
4. apply correctly the statistical methods in data presentation and in inference;
5. make applications on multivariate data sets.
6. Use effectively the SPSS in the analysis of the data set.
