Become Globally Recognized EOMS Auditor
ISO 21001:2018 specifies requirements of a management system for
educational organizations (EOMS). The course will equip participants with
the knowledge, skills and expertise required to conduct advance level
educational system audits, Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPEs) for
any type of institute against HEC, PEF, PEC/PMC regulations and ISO 21001
EOMS, ISO 19011 & ISO 17021 certification requirements.
The course will cover seven advanced academic excellence auditing modules
required in academic program / course assessments. The course is
accredited by Exemplar Global of ASQ-USA.
QSI is also offering ISO 21001 certifications to HEIs. Successful participants
will be able to take part in QSI’s ISO 21001 EOMS institutional certification
audits, academic excellence and other advanced assessments.
Participants will LEARN;
 Principles, requirements and guidelines of Educational
Organization Management System (EOMS) and its relation to
applicable standards like ISO 9001 QMS and accreditations
 To know and practice fundamental audit concepts, principles
 To Plan, initiate, implement, manage, review and close audit
programs
 To evaluate, classify and write better Institutional Performance
Evaluation (IPE) and non-conformity Reports of assessments
 Identify relationship of educational excellence assessments, audits
with development & management of educational operations,
activities, resources and regular setting of improvement goals/ KPIs
 Identify roles, responsibilities of auditors, lead auditors, teams
 To collect evidence, exercise objectivity and make a judgement
 To know impact of audits on the development and effectiveness of
academic management system
 To identify inefficiencies in educational activities; know how
auditing for conformity can improve the stability and robustness of
institutional management system
