Leicester statues to be blessed on 1st May and initiate the circulation. Statues to be
returned to Leicester church on Monday 31st May for the Marian feast.

Easter Attack Easter attack requiem mass will be held on Wednesday 21st April at Willesden Green
requiem mass church at 7.30pm.

Father to invite Tamil Chaplain for the mass.

Youth Youth contacts to be given to father from all mass centres. To start with at least 5
programme youth members contacts to be given to Father. Father will initiate the discussions with
the youth.

Chaplaincy All agreed to have the chaplaincy sports day on Sunday 11th Jul 2021. This is
Sports day organised by Hounslow mass centre and all other mass centres to support. This event
is planned to start at 9am with holy mass at the ground followed by sports/picnic
activities. Feasibility of this event to be checked along with the COVID restrictions

Christmas Get- Hounslow mass centre Christmas get-together (fundraising event) proposal has been
Together approved. Please refer to the proposal document for details. Hounslow mass centre
will initiate the planning by finalising the date (Friday 10th Dec or 17th Dec based on
the current availability), Hall – Nakshatra, Caterer – Choice of Taste and Band -
Exceed. Frist preference is 17th Dec failing which 10th Dec.

Hounslow mass centre will organise the event by forming an organising team. Other
mass centres will nominate two representatives to include in the organising team and
they will be the main point of contact for the respective mass centre communication.

Christmas A Christmas carol service to be organised. Suggestion is to have the carol service
Carol service along with one of the mass centre masses during December.

A team to be formed to organise the carol service. Suggestion is to have two


members from each mass centre.

Gift Aid All the mass centres started promoting the Gift Aid programme. This is to be
contribution continued.

Action by Mass Centre committee treasurers

Father to send an email to Westminster diocese regarding the Gift Aid website.
Anuruddha to provide the information.
Mobile phone Father’s new mobile has been setup and works fine.

Mobile data package to be changed to £10 per month offer. Current mobile data
package monthly payment is £20 (unlimited calls, unlimited text, 30GB data and
capped).

Rohan Jansz informed that Leicester mass centre community is willing to pay the new
phone data package contract monthly payment.

Travel/Oyster Father to provide monthly oyster card expenses to the treasurers. Treasurers will
Card estimate and issue a cheque for travel expenses and PCR test expenses.

St Joseph’s St Joseph’s feast will be held on Sunday 9th May at 4pm at Willesden Green church.

Other Suggested father to post the live stream Sinhalese masses youtube links along with
the message in advance.

Father suggested to have the Novena every Wednesday at 8pm at Willesden Green
church until the COVID restrictions are released.

Father to consult Westminster diocese for the bank cheque book signature change
