Acten Tire Granulation equipments include the cutting edge advanced shredders and
budgetary cracker mill options. We have developed different recycling plant model, to suit
various investment plant and production space. Our services include the design of whole
plant for waste tire recycling, with full commissioning and installation support.
AC1000A TIRE GRANULATION SYSTEM FEATURES
• Input Material : Radial tires with diameter less than 1200mm
• Waste tire processed capacity 1000 KG/hour
• Crumb rubber collected 700-800 KG/hour
• Automatic + Manual control system , 3 ~ 4 workers per shift
• Production line area requirement : 45L x 7W x 8H (meter)
• Cooling water circulation tank size : 2L x 1.6W x 1.8H (meter)

Supply Term :
1. Term of Shipment : Approx 120 days upon receiving of down payment, exclude sailing time
2. Term of Delivery : FOB Port Malaysia
3. Price Validity : 40 days from quotation date
4. Term of Payment : 40% Down Payment by TT, 60% balance payment by TT before delivery
Remark :
1. Please indicate your acceptance of this quotation by af xing your signature and company stamp
and returning a copy to us by Fax or email.
2. Delivery date may be amended if there is any delay in con rmation or change of requirements.
3. Herein after: “Buyer” as
“Seller” as Acten Integrated Technology Sdn Bhd
Price Included :
1. Control panel for all machines.
2. Supervision of installation & commissioning of all machines upon request.
Price Excluded :
1. If there is any import duties / sales tax, shall be borne by Buyer only.
2. All kind of electrical wirings and cable connection.
3. Unloading of equipment, Buyer undertakes full responsibility and expenses for the unloading,
positioning and installation of the machines.
4. All kind of civil work, foundation job, platform & piping.
5. Return air fare, working permit, local hotel accommodation & lodging for our technicians &
relevant personnel shall be borne by Buyer, if commissioning of machine is requested.
6. Buyer must make available of all necessary tools & equipments for installation/commissioning.
7. Buyer should dispatch at least four technical staffs to assist the machinery installation process.
8. All civil engineering, foundation, power supply, safety equipment, water piping, air ducting and
maintenance must be carried our by the Buyer prior to the machine installation.

Warranty :
1. Machines of the Company are warranted against defects in workmanship Twelve (12) months
from Commissioning date. All electrical parts Excluded.
2. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury arising in connection with
discharging of good from containers, transportation (truck/forklift or crane etc..), installation, use
or failure of the components at Buyer’s factory
3. These warranties may only be used by the original owner of the machinery (stated in the sales
contract). They are not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Limitation of Liability :
Neither party of the Contract shall be liable to the other for any loss of pro t, loss of use, loss of
production for any other indirect or consequential damage that may be suffered by the other party.
