DTY series bucket elevator is designed for continuous

vertical lifting operation of powdery, granular and small
lump. It extensively applies for the lifting of bulk stocks in
feeding stuff plant, flour mill, and grain depot of different
scale.

They are mainly different in the inner buckets. The new
design by using a new pattern bucket(figure.3) highly
decrease the damage of materials.
When discharging the materials, the old bucket will throw
materials off directly, while the new pattern bucket will
drop the materials onto the groove of the bucket ahead.
With the elevator running in a stable speed, the materials
can flow out along switch that groove. Thus the damage
of material will be highly decreased.

Installation cost

Supplier will send one senior engineer and one English translator to buyer’s local plant, train local workers,
assemble and install the processing line. It will take seven days to complete installation with local workers, one
day for adjustment and one day for training the operators, so there are nine days in total for finish on-site
assembly, adjusting and training.

Buyer should pay salary 80 USD per day for senior engineer and 50 USD per day for English translator, and
other cost such as air tickets, getting visa charges, local transportation charges, food and accommodation fee.
