Subject: Query About Midterm Exam (Grand QUIZ).


Introduction:
I am Hamza Mahmood (St id bc190404529) doing software engineering and this is my fourth
semester (from VU). My previous record is stated in the “Brief Facts of The Case” point 1,
as reported by the University.
I have read the VU’s report in which the university is saying that the internet connection of the
student was poor. I know very well that if the internet is not fast then I will be at a loss. The
question is, that, how can I do miss these papers? I have already mentioned that I have attempted
these papers half incompletely. That you can see it in the attached documents. 
And the day when these problems occurred, I had mailed the instructor of the subject before the
time, but they either did not reply or gave it after five or six days later or said contact the exam
department. Now, how to contact the exam department? They also reply to the mail after five or
six days. If a phone call is made, Mashallah, no phone call has been answered yet. Of course,
you can try it by yourself (VU’s Head Office, M.A Jinnah Road Lahore. Landline #, +042-111-
880-880 (Ext 357)).
As for my papers (queries), I also visited the Saddar and Satellite Town campuses, but they also
said that there is nothing we can do. At my insistence, the administration told me to go to Lahore
and solid there is nothing that we can do about it.
They (Agency) still say that I have taken a screenshot by reversing the system date and time. In
order to explain this in the next attachment document, please see this per screenshot. 
Even if I reverse the time, it means that the time was up and if the time is up, then the link of
“Take Quiz” is dead and no next tab can be opened in any case,(I explain in page 1,2,3 and 4 of
attached document) but I will tell here that - I'm not wasting time and I'm not lying. 
The university persons are so incompetent that they don't even know the nature of their LMS.
The university has been providing online education from 2002 and has been running it since
2002. It is incomprehensible for them to say such a thing.  When the university didn't solve my
problem or no entertain me from two months, So I told them that you can see in the screenshot
below.
I was not entertained by the university, so I decide to come to you. No doubt the rest of the
quality education plus services (VULMS) of the university is very good.

Please visit and try to understand my genuine problem.
The university person says that our server is carrying a very good performance which they say
that the student's internet was getting fifty percent of the strength.
